We thought the property was in a great location! It was very clean. Beds were very soft and comfortable and a great hotel for families! The indoor pool was in a central location and very convenient. The breakfast was pretty good, very basic but good options to choose from.

The staff was friendly except for the pool guy. He came in and rudely yelled at the people in the pool. There were some issues but it could have been done in a better way. The continental breakfast was decent except for the eggs they were awful. No pancakes or waffles just biscuits and gravy. No bagels either. Overall the stay was fine.

River side rooms were nice and quiet with and easy to enjoy the view. The washer and dryers were out of order but staff worked to repair for later use. Some furniture and fixtures in room are starting to show age but still worked and were comfortable. The heating unit made loud noises and should be looked at for repairs. overall a nice stay and would recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay! We took our granddaughter. It was clean, convenient, & right in the middle of everything in Pigeon Forge. The indoor pool was one of the best we have seen in a while & we have stayed in at least 20 different hotels/cabins over the last 10 years. We would recommend to others & we would stay here again.

Great location convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Complaints were with the beds. Mattresses were somewhat lumpy and the tv only had very limited stations. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Had to go to front desk to request housekeeping after four days. Left muddy foot prints in bathroom after walking across carpet with wet feet. Toilet seat was loose. Car covered in tree sap in parking place around side. Courtyard view was dead tree with accent lighting between another building ten feet away.

Cleaner first impression matters
Could have been a little cleaner. The breakfast items should have been more available without having to wait. I guess the first impression was when we got to the front door of the room, it looked like something had been thrown all over the door and just left there. It was really gross, so after that I just noticed any type of cleaning issue.

Yes i felt we were deceieved by the pictures on line. I thought we were getting on of those rooms. The room we got had a lumpy mattress. The heat didn't work. We had it turned all the way up it never got warm. The hot water took forever to get warm. We left a day early because the room was unbearable. And the manager was very unprofessional. I will never stay at another Econolodge ever

Perfect for Price
Clean room, convenient, nice pool and hot tub area, great staff, they're outside cleaning exterior windows to keep the facility up, outside are and river in rear are very nice even though were from the same type area, this wS appealing.
