Avoid unless you like bugs
Checked in expecting a room that is entered from an inside hallway, as exists in the main part of the hotel. Instead I'm sent to an outbuilding where my room is accessed from a parking lot. Can live with it. Not ideal, but can work. Entered room and immediately noticed that nothing was clean. The entire room just felt dirty. Really dirty. I went to get the soap to wash my hands and a large roach was on the soap. After dispatching the unwelcome guest I went to turn on the tv. While doing so I see another decent sized roach meandering across the floor between the bed and the tv area. Dispatched that one and just looked closer around the room. Just filthy. Like nothing was ever really cleaned. I was so disgusted by the room I literally never touched the bed or really any other part of the room. Instead, I re-packed my car and drove down the road to a much nicer hotel and slept peacefully knowing I would not be visited by the roaches during the night. Money clearly lost but there is no way I would stay at this hotel. It was so bad I was willing to LOSE my payment to leave.

Well where do I begin? For $185/nite this is what you get: Found old tennis shoes and socks in dresser drawer. Used soap bar left in shower. No room cleaning service, just towels. Room smelled and was not clean. Coffee was bad beyond bad and poor selection of food. Hotel staff wore shorts, work boots, T shirt and ball cap and was totally out of it, not happy with his job.

A number of items in the room didn’t work properly. The faucet on the sink didn’t allow you to control hot and cold. The refrig was frozen. The tv had a terrible picture quality and Direct tv channels aren’t easy to get to.

We got to the hotel and they couldn't get us in the room because the lock wasn't working so they did upgrade us to a king size bed for an extra $10. We get into the room and the towels were soaking wet not sure from what and the tub was wet also. The sink nozzle fell off. Definitely needs upgrading.

A welcome relief
We were so tired and every hotel we tried under $150 was sold out. We had to drive an extra 35 miles to finally find this one. I didn’t really expect the nice room we got it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The ice machine and vending machines were just down the hall from our room and it was quiet. It ad been a very warm day outside and to be honest the temperature in the room was 61. But it felt good after the heat outside but I did change it to 70. They did have a continental breakfast the next morning but I slept right through it

This place is very dirty - not only my room, but the adjacent hallway was also very dirty. Although I was given a non-smoking room, the hallway smelled like a smoking lounge. There were also obvious code violations here as well - for instance there were electric boxes in my room without cover plates. Also my room was in a dead end corridor with no means of egress in the event of a fire. I would never stay here again.

Very poor housekeeping
Checked in for an overnight pit stop on a family trip. Room was filthy, dirt and dust all along the edges of the floor. Found food crumbs, hair and stains in the bed. Called the desk to ask for new linens, they offered to move us to a new room. The new room, despite being non smoking, reeked of smoke. While the linens appeared cleaning there was dirt and crumbs along the floor and a layer of dust on the furniture. We returned to the desk and asked for a refund and just drove on to our destination.

Pay a bit more and go somewhere else
This place was horrible we got in our room sticky stuff on the TV stand and on the floor. Microwave oven was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned. We couldn't take a shower in the morning because the drain was clogged. TV was supposed to have a lot of channels we only had 4 to choose from news,news,news,news that was all. The one nightstand had a drawer in it and if you closed it it would open by itself. Apparently someone stayed there prior because there was a bracelet left on the one stand, so if the place was cleaned it wouldn't have been there I have been to this place 2 other times and it was good but went downhill. I highly don't recommend this place.

Ill never stay here again. Room was filthy and unmaintained. Severe traffic noise coming through the haphazzard repaired door entry.Couldnt help to wonder if these bottom of the barrel rooms are reserved for people who are booking through the travel apps. Probably best suited suited for individuals who've picked up a "date" on the side of the road who only need the room for a half hour.

STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!
First off, let me say that we checked in at 2am after an 8hr drive so these issues were not noticed until the next morning or we would NOT have even stayed in the room.. Here is a list of what we found... Toilet was DIRTY. Mirrors and pictures had dirt CAKED ON them. One chair was broken at the seat. The other was stained. One of the beds had dog hair on the blankets. There were dead bugs and flies all over the room. There were cobwebs in the corners. The door handle was basically falling off. (The room next door on the outside had written in sharpie. "Pull up on handle if it doesnt unlock." ) And finally... there were scummy white-ish hand prints on the headboard in a manner consistent with someone having a REALLY good time at some point before our stay.

This hotel was in a woeful state. The door knob on my door was slightly faulty. The bathroom was dingy. The toilet had a water leak problem so it would make noise and add some water to the tank every 15-20 minutes. There were no hangers to hang clothes on. The location of my room was terrible. It was perhaps 25 yards from a major roadway for trucks and also at a stop light, so the noise was incessant. From the outside the hotel looked dirty and once I went into my room my first impression was confirmed. I will never, ever stay at this hotel again. In fact, I originally made a five-night reservation. I spent one night here and found another hotel. The man at the front desk was pleasant and that was the only redeeming quality to this hotel. It was terrible.

The original room we were shown was disgusting. Dark,dingy, and tiny. Door had 1/2 inch gap at top, the toilet moved up & down. Complained & got better room. OK but toilet ran, shower dirty. The 1st room not fit to be rented.
