My only complaint is that you have to pay $25/day for parking. I would not stay here again because of that. On the flipside, the staff was phenomenal! So friendly and kind and the beds were comfortable. Many places are within walking distance, which was nice. The cocktail reception was great and we did use the exercise room which we enjoyed.

Nice enough Embassy Suites, and very close to MCO. It is clean and very predictable of what you will find at any Embassy Suites. Note that they do NOT have a 24/7 airport shuttle like Expedia states. They do not operate between 1:45AM and 4AM, so if you have an early flight you’ll have to find alternative transportation.

My husband and I stayed for a night after a long flight. I have to say that this hotel serves the best breakfast and its free!! At the breakfast bar, Victor, Jason and Lola are the true definition of customer service. I will absolutely come back and would recommend to anyone looking to stay near the Orlando International Airport.

Very quick 5 minute shuttle to airport. Great service . Called the hotel on Easter and asked if they had shuttle service pick up from the airport that was not prearranged . Marcus , at the front desk sent someone right over to get us and when we arrived was very friendly in checking us in. Great sized room for a very reasonable price . Clean and spacious

Had a great stay with family. Would stay there again. hotel was clean, quiet hotel is beautiful. breakfast was amazing and the chef’s were so nice and kind. Certain receptionist made me and family feel very welcome. The only downfall was finding a small roach in the shower wall on my first night:( and the pool was not clean.

The only complaint I have is there was no communication via Expedia or Embassy Suites regarding payment for parking. We found a ticket on our rental windshield after we had left the hotel. Otherwise, the room was perfect for our family of 6 and the complimentary breakfast was amazing!

This property is in need of renovation elevator are in ruff condition very extremely slow you have to pay for parking and if you show up early buy 1 our we were told our room was ready and clean. We could go and check in but they would charge us an extra $25 because we were one hour early.

The property was nice and they were very accommodating. Marcus the manager was very personable, courteous, and helpful. They provide airport transportation, they have a breakfast buffet, bar, and laundry on site. I am very happy with my stay and would stay there again in the future when I visit Florida. The hotel is five minutes away from the MCO airport.
