I won't lie, when we first arrived, i walked into a cluster at the front desk. There were literally 10 people in the lobby trying to hash out not only where their reservation was but the fact that the staff had called off so only a few rooms were cleaned. The desk clerk looked at me and said "chances are, i don't have your reservation but take a seat and I'll be with you." As I'm sitting down she asks for my last name and does confirm that she did have ours which was odd as I had only booked and paid for the room three days earlier while the group made theirs 2 weeks ago. Thankfully we were on the ground floor and right around the corner as I've recently had major surgery that makes it hard to walk far. The room was fairly clean although the trash in the kitchen was not taken out and the fridge still had the previous occupant's pop sitting inside. No exhaust fan in the bathroom means it was extra steamy and sticky. We kicked the AC to 60⁰ but the room didn't really cool down and sometime during the night, someone was either smoking or vaping Marijuana in the hallway because as I opened the door to ask the desk clerk for more pillows, the ganja entered our room (NOT a complaint in this department as when I'm not on the road, I enjoy a little myself but still it's a no smoking hotel). With a few improvements to the facility and staff, this place would be a location I stayed at again.
