We arrived after a long day of travel , and we were greeted with smile ; the property smelled clean & and the decor was lovely; there was music & a manager’s happy hour in the dining area which was a plus ; the room was a nice size & the king bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was clean & well supplied; plenty of restaurants near by ; location was quiet & parking easy ; breakfast was decent & we liked the nice coffee bar . We’d definitely stay again!
Great place to stay. Staff at desk was very helpful pointing out some dining options. Room was very clean, and very comfortable.
Breakfast was a touch better than your typical lobby breakfast. Area was clean and supplied.
Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
everything there was great, but checking in after driving over 300 miles and being told I had no room. was not my glad end to the day, took some time, but on your fault, it was settled

I am sorry that there was a delay at check-in. However, this was not a mistake on our (the hotel's) end. When the reservation came through the 3rd party (expedia) it came through as the last name "II" and the first name "richardlovejoy". When we make reservations at the hotel, we are very clear and will repeat the information back to the guest, to prevent issues like this from happening. We just had someone who made a reservation for Russellville AL, instead of Russellville AR. We had a room for her fortunately, but we work diligently to prevent this.
Lack of service, I stayed for 4 days no room cleaning, I had to go to front desk for towels and toiletries and pick up trash bags so I could remove my own trash

Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. I checked our housekeeping logs and it looks like your room was serviced on the 1st of Oct. I am checking with the housekeeper who serviced your room and I will bring this review to her attention. As well as her supervisor!
All great but we booked it based on the hot tub. Well it hasn’t worked in years….. other then that it was worth it, mini waffles help ease the no hot tub pain.

Thank you so much for your review! Actually, we stopped advertising the hot tub when it had first become unusable. In fact, there was discussion of closing the pool all together to make more meeting room space. But after much discussion with Marriott, we are going to repair our hot tub and make it usable again! I don't know how long it will take, but the next time you come through, hopefully we will get a 5/5!

The room was comfortable. It had no odor from cleaning products. Even though it said they had gluten free items for breakfast, the only thing they offered was a cheese omelet and the cheese was a piece of processed American. It would be easy to keep frozen gluten-free bread in case someone requested.

We had a leisure stay so we did breakfast later, food was cool and dried out. It seems when you book with an outside agent they give you their handicap rooms, awkward bath/shower usage.
