our 5 night experience
Hotel is good and comfortable, but there were some flaws that do not match the amount charged, such as: non-working safe (requested several times to be fixed which would only involve changing batteries and there was no service), damaged bathroom window lever, hairdryer burnt hair (however a separate dryer was provided which solved the problem), minibar with low refrigeration efficiency. Very good and diverse breakfast.

We were given a room with a horrendous smell coming from the bathroom/sewer. Travelocity was on it and were able to get us switched to another room when we had no luck with the front desk. The carpeting, drapes and bed covers were all old, musty and stained. Carpet throughout property very heavily stained and worn.

We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast really good. Hot, cold and lots of options. The bed could have been a little more comfortable. The front desk was polite and did speak in broken English. Which was a big help. Overall liked the stay

friendly staff, breakfast was good but it was not as clean as I was hoping. Finding a hair in the bed and bathroom was not pleasing. But I have to say , when we complain about it they cleaned it right away.

We booked this hotel on a last minute impromptu trip to Ushuaia. The location was okay, it cost about 100 pesos to cab it into town for the eating joints or the ship docks, but I suppose you could walk it on a nice day. The rooms are rather tiny, but clean. The breakfast was good. The part that annoyed us the most was being out up in a corner room where the wifi wouldn't work - when we tried to get the front desk to resolve the problem, the man at the front desk was unhelpful and rude. He simply told us that the wifi was a free service, and left it at that, as if free NON-working wifi was something we should be thankful for. The ladies who were at the front desk the next morning were much more pleasant.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel and the service was brilliant from start to finish. I rocked up with a nice welcome, given lots of information about the surrounding area and how things worked. The room was big, WiFi worked fine and the breakfast was excellent. It’s dry close to the Main Street and only ten minutes from the port. Chances are if you’re in Ushuaia you’re going to Antarctica - the tour booked everyone in to Hitel Albatross and that’s just a ten minute walk away down the Main Street which I did with all my bags. So overall a good place to stay as far as I’m concerned!

Nice hotel within walking distance to all shopping
I loved staying at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was convenient to all shopping and within walking distance to the cruise terminal. I highly recommend it!

Zero star hotel
I'm not sure how this can be a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, dingy, musty. The carpets are stained. The television reception is not only terrible but no international channels at all. The breakfast was spotty at best and the dining room was always dirty. But the worst thing about this hotel is the staff. Not only is their grasp of the English language tentative their complete inability and lack of interest in helping their guests was shocking. We wound up having to book all our own excursions, restaurants, etc. In any hotel I expect services like that but I'm a 4 star in a place that is referred to as the end of the world you would think the staff would be more hospitable and helpful. TERRIBLE

Had a beautiful view of the Beagle Channel! The hotel is located 1 block from the shopping street, at the beginning, but it gives you the opportunity to walk the entire street. The hotel is clean, large room and great service. I would stay there again.

Okay hotel, great location.
Hotel is nice, rooms are a bit outdated. Hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Best location. 1 block away from the main streets with restaurants and cafes. Only 2blocks away from the only grocery store in town.

Por 384 $ es la peor habitación y Hotel en el que hemos estado. El desayuno fue deficiente, no puedo creer que se sirvan medialunas tan feas en Argentina.

Recomiendo totalmente el hotel. La habitación es muy buena, la calidad de la atención de los empleados y la ubicación es ideal. Queda cerca de todo para cenar, bares, etc. El desayuno es completo.

Estadia bem normal! Os atendentes são quase indiferentes não fazem muita questão de interagir! Quartos limpos porém com lençóis bem gasto. Café da manhã razoável! Boa localização. Custo benefício é bem possível encontrar melhores opções com mesmo preço e boa localização!

Reservei um quarto para 4 pessoas (casal e 2 filhos). Tive a grata surpresa de ficar num quarto com 2 cômodos, sendo uma suite de casal e mais um cômodo separado com um banheiro extra no corredor. Bom café da manhã mas precisa tomar até 9 horas, senão os itens acabam

Sobre o hotel
O Hotel Fueguino conta com funcionários atenciosos, quartos novos, calefação que pode ser controlada pelo hóspede, café da manhã continental simples, mas que supriu nossa necessidade (tem suco natural de laranja; tem frutas, cereais, iogurtes, pães salgados e doces, ovos, bacon. leite, café e chá. Os pratos do restaurante do Hotel são muito bons. O que desqualifica o Hotel: não tem wi-fi. O Hotel mantém placas explicativas dizendo que na ilha toda a Internet não é boa. Mas na hora de vender o quarto anuncia como tendo wi-fi. Mentira! A internet em vários lugares da ilha é ótima: no Hard Rock, no aeroorto e em vários restaurantes.

Péssimo , Café da manhã fraquíssimo para um hotel , Camas tortas e colchões deformados , Como se não bastasse os problemas do café da manhã e das camas no quarto , No último dia de hospedagem , quando eu entrei no hotel com um sanduíche na mão o recepcionista me barrou dizendo que não é permitido trazer comidas de fora para as instalações do hotel , que havia um restaurante e somente alimentos servidos e vendidos no hotel poderiam ser consumidos . Achei um desaforo gigantesco e um abuso de política , já que me cercearam a minha liberdade de comer o que eu quiser . Não recomendaria nem para uma noite , já que o preço/atendimento/serviço estão completamente desconexos .

Muy cerca del centro y del puerto, la gente fue muy amable y los desayunos son adecuados. Hacia un poco de calor en la habitación, pero abríamos la ventana un rato y ya se refrescaba rápidamente, ya que afuera estábamos entre 6 y 8 grados centigrados.

Só o preço e a localização compensaram
O hotel possui um excelente café-da-manhã para os padrões argentinos (pelas avaliações de meses anteriores, devem ter mudado, e está incrível!). Também tem uma excelente localização, na esquina do começo onde quase tudo acontece na rua principal. Achei o quarto pequeno, mal cabem as malas de um casal. O espaço do banheiro é muito bom, mas, infelizmente, não possui box, apenas um aparador de vidro no local mais próximo ao chuveiro, e molhar todo o chão em frente é muito comum. E a limpeza do quarto era apenas regular. Possui carpete no quarto, o que continua a ser péssimo, e este carpete estava muito sujo, certamente não foi limpo antes da minha hospedagem. Também havia uma colcha na cama que questiono seriamente a sua limpeza antes da minha entrada. O pior, sem dúvidas, é a internet. É inadmissível que, no fim de 2016, a conexão seja tão ruim no hotel que se diz 4 estrelas. Fiquei no terceiro andar e lá, em 80% do tempo, não havia internet. Sempre aparecia um bom sinal de conexão, mas nem uma simples mensagem instantânea num comunicador super-leve era enviada. Nos outros 20% do tempo, a velocidade era ridiculamente ruim. Se você quisesse navegar, era preciso ir ao saguão e ficar por lá. E, ainda, lá, a internet não era ótima, variava entre regular e boa. Não ter internet no quarto é um absurdo e não qualifica nenhum hotel como 4 estrelas. É um bom hotel 3 estrelas no geral se tivesse internet no quarto. O preço promocional foi decisivo na escolha.

HOTEL BOM com FUNCIONÁRIO GROSSO na recepção.
Check-in realizado por indivíduo mal educado. WiFi é gratuito, mas não funciona a maior parte do tempo. Key cards foram desabilitados por duas vezes, sem qualquer explicação, durante nossa estada, algo desagradável pois chegávamos ao hotel cansados após os passeios. Aquecimento extremado nos quartos, por várias vezes foi necessário abrir a janela para dormir. Limpeza razoável. Acesso, a partir da San Martin, por uma ladeira um pouco íngreme (desaconselhável para idosos). Não me hospedaria ali novamente, pois existem diversos hotéis na San Martin, a via mais importante, onde estão as lojas e restaurantes.

Gostei muito do hotel. O pessoal foi muito receptivo e atencioso desde o check in ao check out. como o check out é até as 10:00h da manhã, eles deixam a suas malas guardadas no hotel até o horário de seu voo. Não utilizei a área de academia, spa ou jantares no restaurante. O café da manhã é muito bom. Hotel tem boa localização no centro da cidade. Oportunidade de melhoria: como me hospedei no hotel em período de inverno, o que espero do banho é a água muito quente (tipo sauna) No horário de pico (17:00h as 21:00h) não tive água quente. Durante os outros horários não houve problemas... Com certeza retornaria ao hotel e recomendaria aos amigos. O hotel oferece tudo o que um 4 estrelas promete...
