The hotel itself is as described. The service was mixed. Valentina on reception was fantastic and was helpful above and beyond in every respect. The bar and cleaning staff were also excellent. The restaurant manager wasn't the friendliest or most helpful. The Ski hire company attached to the hotel (CCM) could improve their service in person. We told them we wanted to hire skis and buy lift passes for 3 days. Without asking any further information he proceeded to give us skis - without knowing our ability or ski style. We were also given the incorrect ski pass and for the wrong days (luckily Valentina at reception helped us sort this out with the Ski lift ticket office nearby at Groste) The ski bus to the town runs from 3.30pm to 7.15pm, so if you wish to stay later in town you have to get a taxi (15 euros).

Me and my family were on skiing holidays. Overall We liked the hotel. The location for skiing is great as 2 major lifts are in a walking distance. However, the hotel says it is ski-in-ski-out. I agree with ski-in partially as you really get down right to the bottom part of the hotel but still have to work your way up to the ski-room. Ski-out - you may carry your skis to the lower level and then ski to the very old lift but reaching Fortini and Groste lifts will require some 7-8 min walking. The problem is with a ski-room as it is located in the older building ob the ground floor and gived no chance to just ski down. The spa is great, however it is weird that even guests have to pay extra (15 eur for an adult, 6 eur for a child; discount packages are availble too). I haven’t seen that in any other hotel! Breakfast is good but not extraordinary. Bar and bartenders are very cool with live piano music every evening. We had B&B, so for dinners we went to different restaurants in Madonna. You have to pre-book them at least a day before to get seating.

Great location and service, outdated premises
Excellent location and the service is just outstanding!! The staff is very attentive and helpful. However, the common areas of the premises are a little outdated. In our stay, the elevator got stuck for about half an hour with some poor guests inside.

Overall very nice, spacious, lovely room.
Nice hotel in Campo Carlo Magno. Not really ski in/ski out, short walk to Groste lift or over to private nursery lift (different ticket) which will take you to Nube d'oro list. Wasn't really a problem for us. Breafast was excellent, didn't eat there in the evening, as it was rather expensive with the kids, just walked to Bar Jumper every night and ate there, very nice, and half the price. Room was HUGE and I mean massive, junior suite for 4 people - separate dressing room, bathroom with full bath/shower (oddly the maids threw away the soap every day and then gave you a new one!). Big four poster bid, sofa, arm chair, desk, table and chairs and two further single beds that we moved into the part of the room by the windows which was separated by a curtain from the main bedroom. There was a TV but we never turned it on. Room was too hot when we got there but reception sorted that. Mini-club for kids was good, not stuck in basement as often is the case, open 10am - 6pm, 9:15pm to 11pm... our kids didn't use it much as they are older now but some staff spoke English, also table football, ping pong, games console for use etc. Nice bar and also wood fire and arm chairs for lazing in. Ski/boot room a bit cramped for lockable lockers provided for everyone. I'd stay there again. Wifi is now free, pool/spa is not.

Хороший итальянский отель, чисто, уютно, вкусно. Завтраки могли бы быть и более интересными. Хорошие ужины. ski-in ski-out лучше, чем у многих отелей в этом городе, но все же делать Ski-room с противоположной стороны отеля от склона странно. Отличная зона катания как для начинающих, так и для любителей погонять по черным трассам!

C'è molto da migliorare
struttura antiquata che necessita di assoluto adeguamento e rinnovamento in ottima posizione. Manca sistema di raffrescamento nelle camere che mi ha obbligato a dormire a finestre aperte. Lo staff al bureau non mi ha saputo trovare una soluzione. Estremamente confuso il sistema misto ( buffet/carta) di gestione della cena per cui allo stesso tavolo alcuni commensali sono già arrivati alla frutta mentre altri stanno ancora aspettando il primo dalla cucina con piatti sporchi che si accumulano. Camerieri gentilissimi ma affannati che girano senza un'apparente logica in difficoltà per gestire questo sistema. In alcuni casi la cucina molto al disotto delle aspettative. La pulizia delle camere non all'altezza di un quattro stelle.Bagni angusti, antiquati e non troppo puliti. Ottimo intrattenimento del musicista alla sera. scomodo il bar durante il giorno quasi ad uso esclusivo dei golfisti. Assurdo il balzello anticipato spacciato per iscrizione per servizi che non userai e che non ho usato e incongruo per i servizi offerti

vacanza relax
La vacanza è stata piacevole e positiva, la struttura e la posizione dell' hotel ottima, immersa nel verde, il golf ai piedi della montagna, tutto ben tenuto, spa eccezionale, peccato che il ristorante abbia avuto molte criticità e carenze in quanto non organizzato e gestito in modo adeguato per la struttura in essere, per il resto tutto ok!!!

l importanza della preparazione dello staff
ho sostanzialmente dato un giudizio "medio" sul mio soggiorno perché si sono alternate situazioni positive a situazioni abbastanza negative che in sostanza si sono equilibrate raggiungendo pertanto un risultato medio, sinteticamente posso elencare : aspetti positivi : posizione della struttura, abbondanza e qualità della prima colazione; aspetti negativi : incompetenza dello staff alla ricezione, inusualità a chiedere in fase di check in la tassa di soggiorno (senza peraltro rilasciare la relativa ricevuta);

Hotel molto vicino allo skilift di Campo Carlo Magno. camera molto spaziosa. ristorante buono. animazione simpatica. spazi comuni ampi ed accoglienti. piscina panoramica sempre utile per i pomeriggi freddi. un pò angusta la ski room che dovrebbe essere posizionata più vicina all'uscita verso le piste. assolutamente consigliato per famiglie con bambini ma anche per coppie grazie alla spa.

Conosco l hotel ed è molto valido. La camera che mi è stata assegnata però non è minimamente all altezza della struttura: troppo piccola e senza luce. Sono quindi stato obbligato a fare un upgrade

Overall a good stay. Nice food, nice location and friendly staff. However, had expected a better view and a balcony - apparently not all Superior rooms offer this. Notice that visits to the pool is not included and far to expensive. Not a luxury hotel but a great base for a family ski experience. Will come back.

Comodo e grazioso hotel attiguo alle piste di Carlo Magno, personale sempre gentile ed attento, stanze molto carine. L’offerta culinaria è buona sebbene non sia di altissima qualità. Sono capitato in un periodo occupato da ingente comitiva polacca che aveva completamente monopolizzato la struttura, cosa forse da segnalare prima. Infine l’animazione, composta da ragazzi gentili e molto educati, ma ancora alle prime armi e mi sembrata alquanto disorganizzata.

Posizione e panorama stupendi
Hotel datato, si trova nel cuore del campo Carlo Magno con un paesaggio incantevole e la comodità di arrivare in hotel direttamente con la tavola o con gli sci. Le camere nell’ala antica rispecchiano a pieno il nome della stessa, letti a molle scomodi, moquette macchiata e bagni angusti. La ristorazione è il punto “forte” della struttura: camerieri gentili, cibo a buffet e servito buono. La spa è a parte e costa 12€ al giorno, da aggiungere noleggio accappatoio 5€ e ciabatte 3,5€, idromassaggio a gettoni (omg). A 5 min di macchina dal centro.. tutto sommato ci tornerei.

Disorganizzazione e poca attenzione versò il cliente. Si percepisce il cambio di gestione avvenuta alcuni mesi fa. Cenone vigilia di Natale molto anonimo, sembrava una normale cena senza buffet (solo per i dolci). Nemmeno il personale ti augurava Buon Natale. Al nostro arrivo il 23.12 abbiamo scoperto che piscina e centro benessere erano a pagamento così come gli accappatoi..dopo il pagamento ci informano che si accede al centro benessere su prenotazione e a fasce orarie solo di 2 ore. Da rivedere tutta organizzazione compreso i pasti colazione e cena di basso livello. Hotel a 3 stelle non di più.
