Our AC was not cooling in our room. We told the staff and the maintenance dept checked on it but when we got back to our room late at night it still wasn’t really cooling. It was too late at that point to do anything.

our tv wasn't working so we called the desk and Keith came up to fix it really quickly. He fixed it and we had a great conversation about sports and cars. He is a bonus and employees like him and the folks on the front desk will keep us coming back.

We have stayed here before and like the property and the staff but still, after a number of stays, have trouble finding it. It would be helpful to have some signage indicating what turn to take from Galleria Blvd, for example.

Good location close to interstate, restaurants and shopping. Not noisy at all. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Pretty nice Fitness Center and good breakfast. Staff was really nice!

The two managers were nice. The hotel was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Bathrooms clean. All good. I wish there were potatoes at breakfast. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel. The coffee was better than most hotels.

Unfortunately with the hotel is close to the major interstate which causes loud background noise for sleeping. Ear plugs help in this regard.

This was a nice hotel with an amazing breakfast. The hotel was clean for the most part. However, some of the staff were very rude to us. I came down for breakfast which I thought ended at 10:30 and the staff who were sitting down gave me dirty looks and then one guy was very rude and made comments about how breakfast was over at 10, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude when we asked for towels and one of the cleaning ladies yelled at my son when he was trying to get on the elevator. Chuck who checked us in was very friendly. They do not clean your room; you have to put your dirty towels in the hallway along with your trash. The bathroom gets very, very hot and there is no exhaust fan. The beds were very comfy and the suite was very spacious. We would stay here again but would like to see friendly staff members.
