Great value for the price. Clean and convenient. Our kids enjoyed the fitness center! I appreciated the breakfast, especially the sausage, eggs, and waffles. Wish the business center had been operational since I had something I needed to print out. But our 2 dogs felt very welcome and behaved well throughout our stay, probably due to the comfort of their surroundings.

Reasonable price, quiet location,clean room and bedding.Breakfast was also very good especially the waffles. Only disappointed thing was there weren’t any tea bags only coffee.

Frontdesk staff doesn't look professional, no greeting, no smiles. Breakfast are too simple, just bread, waffle, juice. Guest room Carpet is dirty. The bed smells

Night attended was awsome but the rooms were old and out dated and the floor we were on smelled like weed and cigarette smoke we werent too happy about that.

It was an ok stay. Negatives would be: bed is uncomfortable and hard, shower doesn’t drain and is very stained dirty, took awhile to figure out remote for television (should provide directions) road noise was very loud.

The Horseheads Quality Inn was a good deal for the price. It's definitely dated, but my room was large and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were very nice, the towels were okay. Breakfast was minimal but all I needed. The only staff I encountered was front desk and she was lovely. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place, but if you just need basic accommodations, I think it's a good value.
