I chose this hotel to take my grandchildren on a getaway and because there is a swim pool. Turns out the pool heater was broken and the pool was very very cold! We weren’t informed about that until we checked in. Then at between 5:30-6:00 am the fire alarm went off. The desk people didn’t know what to do. We were told not to evacuate. But with the alarm kept going off everyone was awake and up. So that ended any kind of relaxing vacation. On the upside, breakfast was fine.

Dear Janet,I would first like to apologize that we did not meet your expectations for your stay. I understand your frustration with the cold pool and can assure you that we share the same frustrations and are working to have this fixed as soon as possible. As to the fire alarm, unfortunately the way our alarm is designed is until the sensors detect no more smoke and the fire department has cleared the issue they will not turn off.Again I do apologize we did not meet your expectations, I hope you will give us another chance to prove this was an exception should you be back in the area in the future.

Pillow Game
Service was quick and responsive . Room is tired and and has a lot of old Marks on it but was clean . Bed was comfortable and a good variety of pillows where others really don’t have a pillow game this place stands tall. Breakfast was fast and hot.

Expected more for the price
It was ok, however I expected more for how much the hotel cost. But the place wasn’t bad. The breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel charges premium prices for limited service. I got two paper cups for the Keurig and one sheet change that I had to specifically request over 14 nights. The hotel was noisy and poorly managed. I work in the Vernal area around 2-3 months a year. I won't stay here again.

The man who works the front desk was so nice and helpful! We loved the pool. We used their breakfast room for a birthday party and it was perfect! This was the second time we’ve had a birthday party there and it won’t be the last. Loved it!

Front desk lacking in customer service
Front desk lady had a attitude. My reservation was for 2 rooms and she said it was only for one. She said I would have to call Hotels.com that I made reservation under. When all she really needed was the other person’s name the other room was under.

Great location, speedy check in. One elevator which can be a hassle if it’s booked - having to wait. The rooms are clean, the tv is old, the showers need updating, the shower floor made noise every time you moved around. Overall a good stay.m

We made a needed trip to Vernal and chose to stay where we have many times before as we have never been disappointed. This trip mirrored all the previous stays. Check in was smooth, room was just as it should be: quiet, safe, clean, comfortable, and welcomed after a long day. Breakfast was good—And the Staff encountered were wonderful and very helpful!
