This place is very quiet in the time we were there (early April) pool literally was jus for us not so crowded, very clean and people there so nice,

Front desk employees were not welcoming when we arrived and when we checked out. Had issue with wifi, again the employee spoke in a rude manor when I called for help.

This was our first time staying here . We went to the wilderness where we usually always stay when visiting the dells so the kids could play at the waterpark . My kids were ready to come back to the hotel pools (which surprised me ) they had so much fun ! I will most definitely be coming back to stay here again.

It was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, nice pool, great breakfast service and close to things to do for kids. It is right across from Knuckleheads, restaurants, outlet mall, etc.

We can always count on this chain of properties to be consistently clean, economical, and convenient. The room and facility amenities are adequate and fulfill our needs when traveling with family for short stays. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is great, and we have never run out of hot water. The breakfast areas are almost always clean and well-stocked with a decent basic breakfast. We have been giving our business to Holiday Inns for nearly 30 years and will continue to do so in the future.

Nice hotel with breakfast. There is a pool with a small slide for little kids. The room was clean and comfy. Parking is not the greatest.

This is our go to hotel for a little R & R. Always a great time! Staff are excellent, clean rooms, free breakfast, and excellent pool/hot tub area. My only negative this time is the small children coming in and out of the hot tub. They were clearly under 6 and no parent with them; parents were on their phone and attending to other children. They had squirt guns and proceeded to play in the hot tub when there were us adults trying to relax.

Great place to recharge yourself!
Heading home from N. Dakota to Ohio, this was our rest stop. Awesome pool and sauna! All other features were on point as well.

The hotel is very noisy, our room was by the pool and the main entrance, it made it very hard to sleep. Seemed like it was clean and staff were nice. We enjoyed breakfast in the morning.

Husband was assaulted by another guest in the pool and an employee was informed but they didn’t do anything besides come down and say “You do what you have to do” and then left the pool area.

New Years Trip
Nice, clean, and fun hotel to stay at with my 10-year-old 8-year-old and 6-year-old. We stayed a few nights here watch to save money. With a larger family we especially value hotels that have breakfast included. Breakfast was good and sustained us until our next meal. It did seem the staff was having trouble keeping up with the demand of breakfast as many items were out and you had to wait sometime for them to be refilled I'm not sure if this was because it was a holiday weekend. Great stay and friendly staff.
