This was an average property. Nothing too bad or out of the ordinary. Not in the best location. Noticeable damage to bathroom door makes you wonder how good they are at keeping up maintenance. Staff was pleasant during check-in and checkout.

Good breakfast: real food (eggs, fruit, meat), not just sweets. Location was good for us: close to airport and quick drive to the Louder Than Life Festival Maid service only came out first morning, but clean towels were brought when asked for. Property was quiet at night

Boo at the Zoo Trip
Hotel was very clean. Room had a very good smell to it. Restaurant was really good and convenient. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool which was the main thing we were looking for in a hotel near the zoo. Breakfast was very good, too. Overall it was an excellent and peaceful stay.

The biggest turn off was the fact that their “bar and restaurant” was 80 degrees, nobody was working at the bar, there was money and alcohol bottles, and paper left out everywhere (I took photos). One of the women working the front desk was rude and on her phone the whole time I was asking questions. The pool area smelled like rancid fish. Spend the extra $30 and stay at the hotel next door.

Beautiful hotel and staff was amazing! Made the check in process an easy and quick one. There’s a lot of restaurants within walking distance to hotel that was convenient!

Great place for my family
Great place to stay, the restaurant was hotter than we could stand and didn’t eat anything at all due to the heat. There was fans but it was blowing hot air around. The room was perfect for us, the pool and gym looked nice but we didn’t use either one.

Great little property. The only downside is they only had one laundry machine and it was broken so I had to go next door to do laundry which was fine just kind of a pain.

The front staff was friendly and helpful when we brought concerns to them. Our only concern was that the housekeeping staff did not remove our trash during our stay. Each day upon returning to our room, we had to call the front desk and ask for the trash to be removed.

Great hotel for Derby Weekend
Stayed here for the Kentucky Derby. The hotel was decorated and had live karaoke ready for the event! We received a cute cutting board as a thank-you gift for staying. Great hotel! This will be our go-to place to stay for Derby in the future.

Wouldn’t recommend
The hotel cancelled our reservation I’d made through the third party, and then offered us a room with a higher rate. They ended up giving us the rate that the third party booked us for, but the stress and pain we had to experience left us with sour taste. The carpet in our room was disgustingly dirty, and the pot smell in the hallway was present the entire stay.
