Very nice looking hotel. The pool area was clean and the temperature in the area was great. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

The staff at checkin was friendly. Our room was nice, nothing fancy but comfortable. Water bottles in room, tea/coffee, and a mini fridge. A/C and heat was a little wierd, not sure we ever really figured it out. Parking was easy on-site. Pool and hot tub were lovely.

Gap in wall behind in heater/ac so had to keep heat on 24/7 or room was cold. Newer remodeled bath w all shampoo cond body wash lotion Big fluffy towels. In room microwave coffee maker refrigerator. HUGE tv w many many options all sports avail too. Bed was soft warm cozy. Feather pillows. But THE BEST lots of hot hot hot water. Staff are amazing and everywhere to assist

Pros: Staff was friendly, bed comfortable! Cons: We had a mouse in our room at 3am that woke us up running around. The room was well loved. Carpet and couch had holes in it, shower floor looked dirty. The bathroom was so small. The $12 breakfast buffet was awful. It served its purpose, but will be staying at our usual hotel in Appleton next time.

It is not pleasant to step outside the entrance and get hit with the stench of cigarette smoke. Smokers have no idea how much they stink. They’re smoking area is also a pig sty. Why do you cater those ………

The room was nice and bed was comfortable although it was not as clean as I would have liked. There were multiple hairs in the shower and it was clear the bedside table was not wiped down as there were cup rings clearly visible. But the worst thing was when going to make a cup of coffee the cups that were sitting in the coffee maker had coffee/liquid left in them from the previous people who stayed in the room.

This hotel is in need of a major reno. The furniture is stained, bed is uncomfortable, door locks are broken and my shower handle was broken.The front desk staff was friendlu, but I was never offered a cookie. Location was convenient
