THE HOTEL ITSELF AND THE ROOM IS VERY NICE. THE STAFF ARE LESS THAN HELPFUL, THE LAUNDRY IS NOT WORKING NOR THE BUSINESS CENTRE. THESE ARE AMENITIES ADVERTISED AND NOT AVAILABLE.

My room had dead bugs all over bathroom floor, pillows did not have pillow cases on them, bathroom was disgusting, I had one towel and one wash cloth, the property was run down.

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom. The soap was the size of a quarter. No telephone in the room and I couldn't even write a note because there was no pad or a pencil. The bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant and courteous.

The restaurant wasnt open elevator didn't work had to ask for a tv and coffee maker fridge was loud and the floor was wet in the room by the window

Nothing the place was not clean no phones System had one towel for two people in the room restaurant wasn’t open pool. Nothing will I stay there again no, I will not. I didn’t even stay I left.

Well let’s just say I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN. I arrived to the motel and power was completely out, front desk explained the situation and even explained it to Expedia rep that I was asking back my money bc they could not check me in and it was going to be 4 hours, mind you this is at 11pm. Expedia couldn’t refund me bc I allegedly past my check in time which I hadn’t and the front desk explained that but some outsourced Expedia rep didn’t like the fact they were wrong and instead hung up the phone. Had to placed a claim with my bank to get the money back from EXPEDIA

The elevator wasn't working. I got my room on the 3rd floor, had to take stairs all the time. The telephone service in the room wasn't working. Had to go down the stairs to ge front desk for any help I needed. They don't clean your room unless otherwise asked to do. So, overall not a very good experience. I booked it for 5 nights and had to extend for one extra night. I'm not sure if they provided any further discount. The staff was good and polite though.

Love the room, super clean and kept! The property is nice but seems to be under construction so the restaurant is closed and the parking lot could use a little work! Not too much food directly near but a great diner not too far! Affordable and nice stay!

There were no phones in the room.the heating unit was so noisey it was like trying to sleeo in a airplane hangar. They insisted on a one hunderd dollar deposit whic wasn't refunded at check out. There was no restaurant. There was no continental breakfast. The so called convenience store was empty. Over priced and over rated. Would not recommend.

This hotel had no amenities. No room service to clean every day, no simple things like a shower cap, no c0ffee, not enough towels for two people and the soap was so small ir would fall out of your hand. NEVER GO THERE!!!!!!!!!
