The pool has been closed since March 19th and it was not advertised through expedia as closed, and was a large part of the reason why we booked. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good and the staff was very friendly.

Pool was closed , washer and dryer didn’t work. Zero security stunk like weed throughout the hallways. Not that I care just don’t need my 3 young kids asking what the smell is and having to explain it to them.

I absolutely loveee this hotel. I’ve been here a few times with my family & we all love it. The breakfast is so good. The staff is so nice & the rooms are EVERYTHING. I totally recommend staying here 10/10

Our stay overall was average. The hotel itself was nice, could use a few updates but was clean. The breakfast was good but the customer service and professionalism was poor. The receptionists were not welcoming at all. The walls are thin so we could hear the people next to us conversing and their dog barking. It was bothersome especially when our daughters were asleep. I’m not sure if I would be staying again but overall our stay wasn’t too bad.

No manager is available to handle issues other than check-in/out. Parking limited and guests had no parking when an event is being held at the location for non-staying guests! Noise is continual due to basketball court outside of rooms - including late nights (1AM) due to court being well-lit. Informed Front Desk that ice-maker wasn't working and it was never fixed during our 4 night stay.

Stayed for one night in the queen bed suite. The suite was very clean and well-equipped with ample toiletries. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail which made everything we thought of already available. The property displayed a sense of safety and parking was just perfect. The staff at check-in were understanding and completed the formalities quickly. The breakfast included a bunch of options ranging from egg omelet, waffles, bread, fruits, drinks, and coffee all of which tasted healthy. Overall, it was worth it and highly recommended without a second thought.

The only issue I had ….for some reason the room smell like if the previous guess had fried fish or something oily.. the smell was a bit strong but I had a long day on the road and I didn’t want to make any complains at that time

My kids loved the pool and hot tub the room quality was excellent and so was the buffet breakfast staff was nice and accommodating highly recommend!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed the free board and card games you could checkout from the front desk. The hot complimentary breakfast was above comparable to other restaurants that offer this perfect. Overall nice stay for the family and would stay again.

The check in and the room were great. It was clean and very nice. The only complaint that I have is when we called to get extra towels, they were never sent.

Tweek here and there.
Great trip. Room smelled nice, clean and comfy. Staff always greeted me when they seen me. The continental breakfast was ok. That could’ve been prepared better. The eggs were watery, bacon over done, hash browns dry. Also the jacuzzi didn’t really have the bubbles or violent water like a jacuzzi should. But I guess that’s for insurance purposes. But those were minor complaints. I’d definitely recommend and come back. Thanks!!
