Hotel room was a good size, clean and had everything you needed. We arrived in the early hours of the morning to be met by a miserable male receptionist who didn't give a good first impression. However, all the other receptionists we met over the next few days were very welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again.

We booked this hotel because it had a roof top pool and was more reasonably priced than others with the same facilities. We were not pre warned that the pool would be closed during our visit, despite it being closed for a prolonged period of time for refurbishment. There was work being done in what sounded like the room next door all day every day from before 9am. Lots of drilling and banging so no possibility of having a lie in. There was also no shower gel in the bathroom and despite house keeping coming in twice during our stay, it was never replaced or refilled. When we arrived there was no toilet roll in our bathroom. I called reception who said they will send some up- I then had to call a further 3 times before someone brought it after over an hour.

Staff were ok, but asked for an extra pillow and never received one. Room was basic. Bathroom was a bit tired and worn, and smelled of damp.

Cleanliness is 5 stars 🌟 that I could give also location very convenient to city landmarks. Receptionist was very helpful also polited The room was quite big and very comfortable and Inexpensive. It was enjoyable 😉 😉 😉 😉 😉

We stayed a couple of days. Room is clean and has good spaces. Breakfast is delicious. Easy location to visit Lisboa from there. Parking is available for 15 Euro/night.

Arrived to a building site. Had to wait to get into room as a new floor was being laid. Night staff unfriendly and uncooperative when I asked for notes to be changed for a taxi. Area not great compared to previous visits to Lisbon. Absolutely won’t return to this hotel.

For the price point and location it was fine. The hotel rooms feel like you’re stuck in the 90’s, overall clean enough that we were fine with it. The pillows were seemed like they were for a child, basically quarter of the size of a normal pillow and beds were firm. Loud construction started in the building around 8:30am so it wasn’t ideal for us after a long travel day. I may consider staying here again just if I’m on a budget and need something central in Lisbon otherwise I’d spend a bit more and go elsewhere

Great staff, good locality. Very close to main streets and connections. Clean rooms. Staff always willing to help and spend time on issues raised. Always plenty to eat at breakfast. Some mushrooms, beans or tomatoes would be nice for the vegetarians, of which there are many..

Can't trust star rating. Definitely a 2 star hotel
I booked this hotel trusting that it's a 4 star hotel. No way. I stayed at 3 star hotel the night before was WAY better, this hotel is more appropriately a 2 star hotel. Air-conditioning barely working (had to call front and technician came up to fix, still barely working. Says every room has old Air-conditioning), VERY LOUD. Cannot sleep with it on because it is too loud, hard to breathe/lack of air flow. Dinky outdated decor. Old towels, cheap cheap toilet paper. Didn't even give us tissue paper (just toilet paper) no slippers. Old cheap curtains. Quite dark lighting even though i turn all the lights on. Overall suffocating vibe. I wouldn't have booked this. Please upload the exact room and bathroom i will book, i booked 3 nights, what a waste of my money and experience, i stayed but i contemplated losing my money and going somewhere else. i wouldnt have booked this hotel if i knew. Was it a 4 star like 20 years ago?? Wat the heck?! 10 min walk to metro, nothing much to see around it. Few restaurants near by.

The hotel itself is nice. The staff, not so much. For starters they screamed in the face of one of our party for simply taking his towel to the pool (more like a cold bath). A total unnecessary and inappropriate reaction to a simple mistake. At one point I saw a member of staff tell somebody in reception to “shut up and be silent” for simply talking with his friends. To top it all off, on our check out, the woman behind reception told us we had to pay an extra 30€ and arrogantly told us she was just going to take it off our card anyway. This additional charge was apparently due to a last min price change of the room???
