The Hotel Frank was everything I expected and more!

Absolutely wonderful!! Looks just like picture.. Was wanting to try a new hotel every visit but I will be coming back to Hotel Frank again and again.. Was upgraded for free to Jr. Suite.. Will always recommend this hotel!!

“Great Hotel”

We loved our stay here! The room was comfortable and clean and tastefully decorated. The room pictures on Expedia gave me pause when we booked because the carpet looked kind of crazy, but the room looks much better in person. Less than a block from union square and very easy to access from the airport. Definitely would stay here again.

“Stylish hotel in great location.”

Pleasantly surprised at the good quality of this conveniently located and stylish hotel at such a reasonable price in San Francisco. I was a first time visitor and found that I could walk to shops, restaurants, theater and transport easily. Room was very comfortable with modern decor and great to have the luxury of a bath.

This hotel was very affordable and really cool. The decor was very art-deco meets modern and everyone from the front desk staff to the valet was very nice and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and 4 days. We were very happy with our stay, the staff, and the hotel in general. The front desk staff was more than helpful to us when it came to our desired activities each day. We didn't have to ask for assistance when we checked in, the lady at the desk immediately gave us a map, showed us where the attractions were located, pointed out the various modes of transportation as well as where to pick them up, she asked if we had a car and when we said no she expressed her agreement in that decision. We thought the room was beautiful and very well taken care of. The only thing that could have been improved was the showerhead; it was just much too big for the waterflow, so it had no pressure at all, but we worked with it. We were greated daily coming and going by the friendly staff. Our last morning there we had a bit of a noise problem by the maids who were cleaning the room next door and the door continually slamming shut at an early hour; it was a bit much and I thought they could have been more courteous at that early hour, once or twice is one thing, but it was probably 10 times. However, it was only one time out of the course of our 5 night stay. Other than that, I would definitely go back to the Hotel Frank and reccommend it to others. It has character, great staff, a perfect location, and when we checked out and asked for a cab to the airport, they ordered us a limo instead for the SAME cost. I was very impressed! “Great Hotel”

Hotel Frank is situated in a great location near Union square park. No need for a car because we vere able to see a lot by walk and bus stop is near the hotel so it is simple to go to any location in the town from this point. This was one of the best hotels i stayed in and I would recomend it.

“Second Stay”

This was the second time I have stayed at Hotel Frank and I was very surprised when they recognized me and thanked me for staying there again. The stay was great. Super convenient and a short walk to most of the places to visit. Will definitely stay again next year.
