I travelled with wheelchair parent and Indigo was a great choice. Room size is big for Hong Kong standard and staff service is beyond excellent. Less than 5 min walk to MTR station and there’s lift access for disable person. I’ll definitely coming back again and stay at Indigo.

Great location, clean and comfy
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Indigo in Wan Chai. It was close to everything and we had no problems catching a taxi when we went out. Our room was quiet and comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good hot water and pressure. We went to the bar upstairs and enjoyed cocktails. The staff was very professional and helpful. We would stay at this hotel again when we visit HK.

Far from the bay but near by subway station and foot walk bridges. Room is a little small but design well with space. It matches up with 4.5 star rating by past reviews.

Bigger room than usual in HK and very modern
Great hotel with a very modern room that is trendy. Cool artwork in the room, everything is controlled electronically like curtains and all lights.. A small gym, but ok. Disappointed that the pool was closed under renovations. Good location and friendly staff

The location is incredibly convenient. It's a 5 min walk to the MTR station down Tai Yuen Street, and there's plenty to explore and eat around this neighborhood. The staff here are knowledgeable of their surroundings, and the facility itself is accommodating. We requested to have a late check out time, and the staff did not hesitate to say yes.

This hotel made our trip to Hong Kong memorable. The room was beautiful and very spacious. We loved the style of the decor and automated curtains, how cool! The pool was also beautiful and our daughter loved swimming in it. The front desk was very kind and helpful. We would stay here again!

I stay here....so should you.
I like this hotel a lot. Rooms are nice and there is great coffee across the street, Hong Kong best croissants a few blocks away and a nice craft beer bar nearby; plus, lots of good food. It’s away from the party area so rooms are quiet and streets are normal.

You don’t get what you pay for. This hotel is quite stingy, and the fixtures are worn. Small rooms with no view at all. You can do a lot better elsewhere with the same price.

I am greatly disappointed at this hotel. Location was okay, but staff were not enthusiastic to help at all. Hotel management also seemed to be care less about customer experience. Not sure where the hospitality was practised. I have stayed at many IHG hotels and this one is by far the worst. Management should totally be replaced. The room layout is weird, as your bed is situation right next to the bathroom sink. I got serious skin allergy that I needed to get medical treatment during my stay. For this kind of price, you can find way better deals in Hong Kong.

Enjoyed the hotel. The only slight issue that I had was that the toilet is right next to the bed. I am coming back next month and I was wondering if I could stay in a room that does not have this.
