Fully recommend staying at one of the Lifeclass Hotels. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. Numerous amenities. Close to public transportation. Best breakfast ever. Great views from all rooms. Will return.

Don’t book half board as evening meal awful.
Hardly any voice for vegetarians food eyes. Had booked half board but only ate their one night out of four! If anyone has limited mobility don’t book as steep hill to frontage. They also advertise sea front views - when it should really say partial. The key for our room didn’t work properly this resulted in several trips downstairs to get sorted - on last night they sent a maintenance man who said he had partially fixed it and that it would need changed the next day. Thankfully we were leaving

Great stay in Portoroz, Hotel Mirna is part of the lifeclass group, great access to the groups swimming pools, private beach and facilities. Rooms a little bit old but overall great stay

great, very close to the sea and shore.
Great hotel. Very nice staff. very clean and wel equiped. Wonderful view. One disscomfort was with the aircondition that was not cooling so well. Wonderful brakfast, varios choices. Very reccomended!

Expensive and quite disappointing
This hotel is very expensive for what you get. 200€ per night for a normal room with balcony… 12 € per day just to work for one night.. the hotel has old 90’s style and vibe, with rooms and lobby as back in the days. The breakfast was the worst, chaotic. In general this is maybe better for a kids families.

Belle chambre, mais chere (170EUR la nuit) pour le service. Qui plus est, j'avais laissé un billet de 20EUR sur ma table de nuit après 11h où les femmes de chambre nous ont changé les serviettes mais elles sont revenues plus tard pour faire la chambre et le billet avait disparu. Je vais pas faire un drame pour 20EUR mais je trouve ça incroyablement pas classe pour un 4 étoiles

군더더기 없는 깔끔한 곳이지만 성수기 금액을 주기엔 좀 아까웠음.
위치 좋아요. 버스 정류장에서 10분 내에 위치하고 있고 바닷가에서도 가까워요. 다만 길가는 아니고 계단 혹은 언덕을 통해 가파르고 짧은 거리를 올라 숨겨져 있습니다. 다른 라이프클래스 호텔들과 수영장 및 사우나를 공동으로 제공하며 부대시설이 아주 좋습니다. 대신 수영장까지 찾아가는 길이 조금 멀고 험합니다. 또한 어메니티가 따로 제공되지 않고 가운 역시 별도로 금액을 지불해야합니다. 조식 일반적인 호텔조식과 동일하게 제공됩니다.

Last Minute
Bei den Zimmern zur Bergseite, wurden wir des öfteren um 0600 Uhr - 0700 Uhr von den Zuliefer Kleintransportern die die Küche belieferten geweckt. (Autotür, Rückfahrwarnung,...). Wir haben dann reklamiert und es wurde uns ohne Umstände ein Zimmer im 6. Stock mit Meerblick ohne Aufpreis zugeteilt. Es war wunderschön, jedoch die Musik vom Strand her bis spät in die Nacht und laut. Das Frühstück ist Mittelmass.

3* definitely not 4...
If you cross one star, it will be the more precise standard that the hotel provides. Room clean, bed comfortable, upper floor in part of the common area overheated. Food tasty, but again only in 3 star standard. Personal in the restaurant great, personal at the reception average. A fearsome approach with a baby carriage. I recommend to choose Grand instead

Haben nur 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig. Parkplatz befand sich direkt beim Hotel. Hotel befindet sich in der zweiten Reihe am Berg, dadurch war es für uns anfangs schwer zu finden.

Wohlfühlhotel rund ums Jahr
Wir waren insgesamt sehr angetan und es hat alles bestens entsprochen, beginnend mit der Ankunft, der hoteleigenen Parkgarage, der Größe und Ausstattung des Zimmers sowie hinsichtlich des Frühstücks. Terminbedingt waren viele Familien/Elternteile mit kleineren Kindern, aber die hat man nicht gehört und beim Frühstück waren die Kinder ein Erlebnis für sich. Die Lage des Hotels ist bestens, gleich am Strand und zentral.Es geht allerdings bergab und dann eben wieder bergauf, also wer Probleme mit dem Gehen hat, Stock mitnehmen. Ein zweites deutschsprachiges TV-Programm (etwa ORF 2?) wäre auch ganz schön. Insgesamt ideal zum Wohlfühlen.

Der Strand ist zwar sehr nahe, jedoch um diesen zu erreichen ist es etwas erschwerlich. Nimmt man nicht die vielen Stufen, kann man zwar durch die miteinander verbundenen Hotels gehen, dauert jedoch auch eine Weile.

Portoroz
Frukosten var inget vidare i övrigt var själva hotellet ett fint hotell med bra service och fina poolområden. Dock var placeringen av hotellet inget vidare, Portoroz var ett oerhört turistbeläget ställe som drog ned betyget kraftigt. Vi hittade i närheten ett ställe som heter Piran, det var ett guldkorn! 10 min bussresa från Portoroz

Déception
Hôtel difficile d'accès, parking très petit donc obligation de se garer en payant en ville que l'on regagne en descendant un très long escalier extérieur donc impossible pour des personnes âgées ou handicapées et très jeunes enfants. Un seul ascenseur pour 90 chambres dont une partie chambres familiales soit plus de 100 personnes et...ascenseur en panne le jeudi soir et le vendredi matin quand on est parti.: 5 étages à pied,bon exercice pour les mollets!! Chambre spacieuse mais chaude malgré la clim. Accès à 2 supers piscines mais pas de serviettes ou alors en location pour 4€: c'est exagéré pour ce type d'hôtels. Bref nous sommes bien contents de ne pas avoir payé le plein tarif grâce à la nuit gratuite car le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas top surtout après notre séjour la nuit passée à l'hôtel Al Ponte un 3 étoiles excellent pour 90€ la nuit.

Great hotel
Great hotel close to the beach, we took the half board for 6 days but the dinner was not that special but the breakfast was excellent. Breakfast was pretty much same every morning but it was good and filling and the staff there is really efficient there was not lack of anything. This is a big hotel and there is only one elevator and a lot of stairs. However this did not bother us, beacause we like to walk and walking on the stairs is good exercise.

Negativo...le piscine termali sono interne con altri hotel....per arrivarci deve passare per tre hotel. Siamo dispiaciuti che non siamo riusciti di accontentarLa. Come ospite dell’hotel Mirna può utilizzare sia le piscine con l’acqua termominerale (Terme) che quelle con l’acqua marina (Sea Spa). Le piscine sono raggiungibili dall’interno e dall’esterno. Dall’esterno si deve vestire, mentre dall’interno si può andare con l’accappatoio e ciabattine, che L’aspettano all’arrivo in camera. Il percorso dall’hotel Mirna alle Terme e raggiungibile dal tunnel che offre la comodità del collegamento. Le piscine del Sea Spa invece sono raggiungibili dall’hotel Slovenija. Siamo dispiaciuti per quanto ci ha segnalato sul servizio di parcheggio. La informiamo che sono a Sua disposizione dei posti auto scoperti, la prenotazione dei quali ha un costo di 5€ al giorno se è effettuata tramite booking.com, mentre è gratuita se richiesta direttamente all’hotel. In alternativa, è possibile usufruire di un posto auto coperto nel garage dell’hotel, al costo di 15€ al giorno. Saremo lieti di poter esaudire la Sua richiesta. Augurandoci di poterLa nuovamente ospitare nel nostro hotel, cogliamo l’occasione per porgerLe i nostri più cordiali saluti.

Siamo stati ospiti di questo meraviglioso hotel, ottimi il personale molto premuroso, sorridente e gentile. Il cibo era molto abbondante e vario in linea con quanto ricerco, silenzioso e confortevole a parte un paio di camere vicino ai motori ma prontamente risolto, servizio piscina eccellente, colazione eccellente.

Wir hatten Hotel Mirna gebucht und standen bei Ankunft vor verschlossener hoteltüre des Hotel Mirna. Ein Zettel an der hoteltüre verwies uns in das Hotel Apollo. Da wir vor reiseantritt mehrmals mit ihrer Organisation Telefonkontakt hatten, erscheint es uns befremdend, dass niemand von des Schließung des Mirna wusste und uns informierte. Dies ist schon unser einziger Kritikpunkt - das Hotel Apollo ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Замечательный отель, очень профессиональный и отзывчивый персонал на рецепции. За все дни, что мы в отеле, не было ни малейшего повода для расстройства, всё на должном уровне. Спасибо большое!

Komfortables Hotel mit tollem Wellnessbereich
Es war mein erster Aufenthalt in Slowenien, zu dem ich mich kurzfristig entschlossen hatte. Nach den im Internet gefundenen Bewertungen des Hotels hatte ich mich auf eine mittelmäßige Unterkunft eingestellt, wurde aber gleich bei meiner Ankunft eines Besseren belehrt. Sowohl das Ambiente des Hauses als auch Freundlichkeit des Personals haben mich gleich heimisch werden lassen und mir den Abschied nach meinem 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt schwer gemacht. Insbesondere die kostenlose Nutzung des hervorragend ausgestatteten Fitnessstudios und Schwimmbades verdient besondere Erwähnung.
