After reading your comments about your last visit to the hotel we are sorry to hear that the air conditioning did not meet your expectations. To be honest during your stay there were no general issues with the air conditioning and it was working properly in the building. Spain started last year to implement energy saving measures to reduce energy consumption and this means that the air conditioning inside public buildings cannot be lower than 21 degrees Celsius.As you have seen on social media and comments, our online reputation is very good and I can assure you that yours was an isolated case. However, we are concerned that this has happened and we will certainly take the necessary measures to ensure that this situation does not happen again in the future. We apologise again for any inconvenience we may have caused you and would like you to give us a second chance to show you that we usually offer air conditioning.Yours sincerely,
