I loved everything about this property! It was beautiful and clean and the outside areas were lush and well maintained. The staff is extremely attentive, professional and everyone truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful and unforgettable stay. It was my fiancés birthday, and the staff at The Royal Corin made it very special.

Everyone was great and nice!! They even did a little surprised for my birthday so great! Clean facility! Made the experience at this hotel wonderful!! Hot springs were great my skin felt so soft after! Would stay here again!

The staff at this property are amazing! They definitely go out of their way to make you happy. The pool bartender and server at dinner, named Israel, is so friendly and welcoming. Aside from the staff, the rooms are comfortable, the views are amazing, great food options, and the spa was spectacular. Our only complaint is that the largest pool that has a pool bar is kept to a very hot temperature- we have not seen anyone want to be in it more than a few minutes. Meanwhile, the one cooler pool is half the size and looked a little dirty by the end of the day. Everything else is so wonderful that we would still plan to stay here again!

Excellent hotel - beds were very comfortable, all areas were very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, the pools and steam room were great. A bit of noise from the main road. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hands down, one of the best places we have ever stayed! Upon arrival, we were greeted by name with a refreshing n/a drink and two cool towels that were scented with aromatherapy oil. They sat us down on a comfy couch so we didn’t need to go to the front desk. They explained everything to us in detail and had our luggage transported to our room. Every day when we walked past the front desk and around the resort, we were greeted with a hello, a smile and a wave. We quickly made friends with Jeslynn at the front desk and others around the resort. At breakfast, they remembered our names and immediately sat us in our favorite spot outside. Jeslynn was our favorite. She always made us laugh with her witty personality and always had a daily lesson to teach us a new phrase or word in Spanish when we interacted with her. On our first night, they treated us to chocolate covered strawberries and a thank you note for our stay. Then on Thursday, around 8pm, we received a knock on the door with another treat that thanked us for choosing them for our extended stay. All of the food was delicious and the free breakfast buffet was plentiful. Interesting fact: the hotel empties the pools every night at 10 pm when they close. Then they refill the pools by pumping the water in from the hot springs of the Arenal Volcano.

This hotel is about 2 hours from LIR but I totally think it's worth it-- who can say no to a Volcano view outside your bedroom! On the grounds, you will enjoy thermals pools.. so very relaxing. My friend and I took advantage of the spa too. Such a lovely experience. Maria was wonderful. She has magic hands. Within the spa there are pools, and saunas. There is a wonderful restaurant upstairs too! Breakfast was included in our package and they have quite a selection. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely check out this hotel!

My partner and I stayed at the Royal Corin for our anniversary. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. All of the staff from the moment we were greeted were so kind and attentive. The view was absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself was very clean and a great location for seeing all of the major attractions La Fortuna has to offer. I highly recommend eating at their Lava restaurant - the food was great! As a frequent traveler I was blown away with my stay!

This was one of the most sanitized, emotionless resorts at which I have ever had the displeasure of staying. Everything is perfectly clean, neat, and could be very easily accessed in a b-grade resort in Florida. There is no soul. There is no Costa Rica. The surrounding area is exquisitely beautiful and somehow the hotel manages to evade that beauty in favor of a "lets look as much like a chain as possible" aesthetic and feel. To be clear, the hotel staff were all perfectly nice, the hotel was clean. The food was ok, not great. This is a management/identity issue. No reason to go here. Would not go again, would not recommend to friends.

Very well run hotel. Attentive and friendly staff. Secure. Lava restaurant was both beautiful and great food. Hot spring pools. Swim up bar. Great breakfast. FYI, people can see into your room from the pool if you simply close the lining shade. Close both for privacy.

Fantastic experience, and friendly staff! They’re all so professional and informative. The food was amazing, and their complimentary breakfast was great. Great location. It’s a 7 minute drive to downtown La Fortuna, and 20-25 minutes to Arenal 1968 trail and to the hanging bridges. The staff did a great job with calling a taxi, taking our bags, and great room service. I wish they had more thermal pools.

The property was overall nice and relaxing. Breakfast was always fantastic and wait staff attentive. Overall, the staff were very nice, especially the concierge(s), although 1 or 2 front desk staff were a little off-putting, nothing that ruined our day or stay. This property was exactly what we wanted in our stay in Costa Rica. We were able to relax in the hot springs on the site and it was quiet. The staff was amazing and so helpful for any and all of our needs. I would highly recommend this resort.

Spa was outstanding. Service was mostly outstanding as well - many staff members went absolutely above and beyond. However, although we mentioned our anniversary when booking a dinner the night of the occasion, word never seemed to reach the restaurant and that night we had our most inattentive server of our stay. Overall, food during the stay was very good but not not amazing. Was walkable to several hot springs. View of the volcano from our balcony never fully materialized but this wasn’t the hotel’s fault and view was still nice. Lots of little jacuzzis and private areas on the grounds. Very tranquil feeling. Could have used a small shop on site selling water and snacks. Very pleased with our stay overall though.

The property is ok, not as nice as it appeared in the pictures. I wish there was more AC in the common areas. The breakfast area is open to the warm humid outdoors and the food does not look properly refrigerated. The place is also really dark, even during the day, was a little depressing. Consider adding some lighting. The staff was overall good and quick service.

Loved the Adults only hotel made our time quieter and calmer atmosphere. Staff were amazing, kind, fun, and took great care of us. Only suggestions at the bar have some specialty drinks like funky monkey with banana and something else and for dinner if you stay for more than 7 nights you end up going into La Fortuna for a variety. We will stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to the area. Thank you, for a wonderful birthday week.

Hotel grounds were beautiful, only to be matched by their friendly staff. Very comfortable and spacious room. Thermal pools were wonderfully relaxing. Great breakfast each morning. Tours were easy to use and were excellent in experiencing the sites. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet resort in a fantastic location with views of Mt Arenal, stay here. Highly recommended.
