Nice property and room, but suggest you avoid the rooms adjacent to the main road due to noise (despite using earplugs). Great bicycle rental nearby and the hotel breakfast was nice. Good mix of different European tourists.

Nice modern hotel with nice clean rooms and wonderful breakfast! Not many restaurants options in the immediate area but very convenient getting to it and out.

We stayed here about 7 years ago, but the area is not so nice now, lots of new apartments being built and a lot less restaurants around, unfortunately mainly all tapas which is okay for a quick lunch, but something more substantial should be offered in the evening. Also most kitchens do not open until 8.30 pm.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was immaculate. They even went as far as to clean our windshield while we were there.

I stayed in one of the Superior double rooms - with terrace - on the top floor (7th). Excellent room with good air conditioning, comfortable bed and pillows, rain shower and in room fridge. The only thing it needs is a kettle or coffee machine. The area has plenty of cafes, bars and shops (there is a late opening Carrefour express opposite the hotel). The terrace is very big with two chairs and a sun lounger, and artificial grass surface. The adjacent road is busy and noisy but you can't hear it from inside the bedroom. The breakfast is €15 buffet and reasonable value. I didn't try the bar as they only serve the San Miguel range of beers which I don't like. Just a 10 minute walk to the metro and the Mastella stadium. 10 minute walk to the Turia park and 15 minutes walk to the City of Arts and Science. 30 minute walk to the city centre. Overall, a very good hotel and good value for money.

The hotel is, in general terms, a good hotel. The room I had was a good size and reasonably appointed. It had a fridge but no kettle (I was able to borrow one). The bed was satisfactory, but the hard mattress had a slight dip on one side. The view was of 'tired' apartment blocks across a bitumen flat roof, however, this did afford a good level of quietness, which for me was preferable to a view. The air conditioning was reasonable but it did not work for 24 hours (hence the 3* rating given) and with the room temperature nearing 27 celsius, it was 'challenging' to this guest from the cooler location of North Wales! I was able to borrow a fan from reception during the night, which helped. I did not use any hotel facilities other than the room. I would consider using the hotel again.

Two male maintenance personnel showed up out of nowhere and actually opened the door. They claimed to fix something but we never reported any issue. That was a little strange. Also, the area is not really walkable. . The hotel is around and old area full of old condos.

We hadden een heerlijk ruime hotelkamer in dit mooie hotel dat mooi centraal ligt. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en wordt constant vers aangevuld. Op 5 minuten lopen van het stadion, 25 minuten lopen van het oude centrum, 10 minuten lopen naar de drooggelegde rivier met al zijn bezienswaardigheden en het strand is ook heel goed bereikbaar vanaf daar. Taxi's kun je heel makkelijk "aanhouden" en brengen je voor een prima bedrag naar het strand of het centrum als je niet wilt of kunt lopen. Ook is er op loopafstand een halte van de Hop On Hop Off bus wat ook een aanrader is.

Comfortable and clean room. Nice personnel. We got there before the check inn and the room was already available. The person at the reception gave us suggestions of places to eat, print some documents for us and also called a taxi.

The staff are not helpful. I had a surgery and I ask if some one from the front desk or house keeping can bring ice to my room they refused and said no service to bring anything upstairs. I had to go downstairs being dressy and sick the same day of surgery to get ice from downstairs. It was my second time staying at this hotel neither of my stay was good. Spend a little more and chose a better one than this hotel .

Sadly disappointing. Check in was good, beautiful lobby. But on arrival to the room, the walls had a lot of damp along the skirting in room 208. The room was extremely humid. The phone in the room wasn’t working so I rang reception via my mobile for room service menu and was directed on to the kitchen. The kitchen informed me there was nothing available as the kitchen closed and put the phone down on me, even though online it states it is 24hrs. On going to reception for advice on where to get food, they said a limited menu is always available and the lovely lady personally ordered a pizza and delivered it to my room. In the morning, the gym is due to open at 0700 but at 0900 it was still locked. I felt privileged when they unlocked and allowed me in at 0910. Checked out after one night to move to another hotel.

Good location, walking distance (20-30 mins via the park) to the main sights, both the old town centre and the new Arts & Science city, also 10 mins walk to the Mestalla stadium.

Very professional but also friendly. Good room. Lifts are fine. Easy access and central for cultural park, beach, mestalla ground and old town. Would stay again..my trip was extended and decided to remain at Silken Puerta.

Lovely hotel, very covid safe. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean if a little tired. A shame there was no coffee machine or kettle.

A great city stay
Fabulous hotel with the location in between the port/beach/marina and the city - we walked everywhere and enjoyed this wonderful city Hotel is very comfortable we had a junior suite which was very well set out and had all the creature comforts - apart from tea and coffee facilities but we had our own with us so didn’t bother us - I think they should provide them in the kind of hotel we stayed in - the bed was very comfortable and the maid service was exceptional - Maria who cleaned our room made an excellent job and the room was immaculate for three days we stayed - reception staff was the let down - no customer service in fact it was an effort we felt for them to even serve us when we arrived - we didn’t feel welcome which was a shame as the hotel really is great value for money and the underground parking is worth the 12 euros a day as very convenient and safe - they even washed our car windows for us
