“A great deal for the cost!”

The rooms are a bit on the small side, but the space is used well. I gave a 4 for comfort because of the compact rooms, and because the climate control is tricky to master. It averaged about 15 degrees outside when I stayed at the Ibis. It was a few days before I managed to adjust the heat to a comfortable level. Aside from that, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and english-speaking! There are a ton of bars & eateries within walking distance. The subway is about 3 blocks away (about a $3 cab fare if you want to stay out of the cold). There's a nice 24-hr sauna downstairs with a great sports massage spa connected. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

“Bander”

Its very clean and nice hotel with a standard quality of ibis hotels worldwide, but the location is a bit far away from all active spot.. I recommend ibis in meyoun dong area... Best location ever

“A nice stay for 2 nights”

We stayped for 2 nights, overall it was a nice stay. 1. The airport transportation is very convenient, route 6704 can take directly between, But it takes around 1 and 1/2 hour if the traffic is not bad. 2. The city Subway line 2 is not so far, but need at least 10 minutes walk. The way out is No. 1. 3. The room is small, but clean and comfortable. 4. The staffs are kind and could speak English.

“Ibis, nice comfortable location”

Enjoyed my stay, only wish they had 120v power for my laptop, but I'm an American in Korea, so of course that's what I would want.

“Nice Stay”

The room was quite small, but we only slept there so it was fine. Free wifi was great. Most hotels in the US charge for Wifi. Also, it was a short cab ride from everything we were looking for, COEX Mall and Lotte World. For a short stay I would recommend this hotel.

“Great hotel for business travelers”

It was better than I anticipated to be honest. Staffs were very friendly and spoke English very well. The room that I stayed was small, so I would not expect 2 people to stay in the same room. However, it was a comfortable stay. I stayed there for 2 nights.

“Just A-OK”

This hotel is definitely for those who are in Korea just for business. The room is extremely tiny and the bathroom only has a shower. A major annoyance occurred when we were checking out of the hotel. The person at the reception desk told us that the credit card we were required to swipe at our check-in for $40 would take 2-3 weeks to cancel the transaction. If the hotel did not charge anything onto the credit card, then why does it take 2-3 weeks to completely erase the transaction from the credit card? But the receptionist kept insisting this was just hotel protocol and nothing was charged onto the credit card. I seriously do not understand this so-called protocol. Another hotel we stayed at the end of the week also swiped our credit card at check-in but did not charge anything and did not mention any time period for the transaction to be canceled. So the stay at Ibis was just OK until during check-out time. I would not stay here again.
