Highly recommended. Hotel is close to everything, shops, restaurants, attractions. The front desk staff is super friendly and very helpful with recommendations for where to eat, where to go. Will definitely come back.

Great location, breakfast buffet was good. But the room was very small, no proper bathroom door. It was weird. There was renovation going on durimg our stay, which was noisy and the floor was basically under construction. A lor of dust, did not feel clean at all.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in early at no charge after an overnight flight. Hotel restaurant was very good. The hotel was difficult to find. Signage for the front door needs to be more visible.

The staff at this hotel are superb. The hotel has a modern design ethic that is visually appealing but not as practical in the available counter space for easy dressing or shaving. Also, our room faced on a busy street which was quite noisy around the clock. The noise level was reduced with the window closed although at this time of year between Winter and Spring the air conditioning was not available so the room became stuffy unless the window was open and that brought in a lot of noise. I can't stress enough how great the staff was.

It was in an excellent location. Staff was great.only complaint was the cleaner they used had super strong smell. Made me feel a little ill. But just opened the window and it was fine after awhile.everything else was 5 star.

Staff at the reception was very helpful regarding dinning and activity recommendations. Was on the fourth floor and had a beatufiul view on Rossio Square!

We had a fabulous stay here. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. A great location - we had a balcony which overlooked the piazza but it was still quiet at night. Would thoroughly recommend.

Everyone especially Raquel was super friendly and very helpful throughout our stay! We loved the hotel. It was a little small but still worked for us! Lovely shower and very quiet around the hotel. We could walk from there to anywhere conveniently! Thank you so much!!

The location of this hotel is amazing! We included breakfast which was very tasty and accommodating for gluten free. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful. They made us dinner reservations at the best restaurant (our favorite meal the whole trip!) and helped book us a guided tour in Sintra. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfectly clean and almost new
Very convenient a the centre of Lisbon. It was almost new and very clean. Services by all staff were excellent. But there were 2 problems. Water from the shower room was easy to be spilled out to the washing room, where there was no drain and it became like a pond everytime after using a shower. And it was noisy at midnight due to a garbage truck.
