My family and I had a great stay. Kids, 6 and 7 yo loved and spent lots of time at the water park area. Staff was awesome and made sure we had all requested accomidations.

Pool was good. Proximity to beach was good. View was good. Someone threw a bottle off the balcony. Shower didn’t work properly. No one ever brought us clean towels/clothes. Smelled like karosene. Had old carpet.

The grounds for the Kingston Plantation are really nice, lots of activities for the kids and family. The propert(ies) I had booked for this week were in less than ideal shape. The first condo was dirty, outdated beyond explanation for the resort and I was offered another property by the hotel/resort staff's help. While the new property was more renovated, the bathroom door in the master was jammed so no privacy all week, the floors were filthy and we mopped them ourselves, there were 2 pan for cooking in a condo that holds 6 people normally, not 1 mixing bowl and minimal cooking utencils, cracked blender. Most outlets did not work or needed to be coordinated with one light switch being off in order for the other to work. Neither the first condo nor the replacement place was not up to par for the resort. I would never stay in either of these properties again and it is surprising to me that Hilton associates it name with a property that has no guidance on how to upkeep the condos.

We was charged twice for the room.. when we got in the room shower curtains where really dirty toilet had hair on it and it would not flush call for help up front nobody came .. I honest feel like it could have been a lot better we found a dead roach in the room and the balcony slide door wouldn’t open and close easily it’s smoothing wrong with that.. and then charged us twice for the room we paid for 3 nights and the day the checked out to go home they took another almost 900 out for nights we didn’t book or was staying out for we still waiting on our money to come back to our card

Location is great, lower level floor was not granted as requested, was actually given the 21st floor. Not to mention I'm and honors member disappointed. We check in and went to our condo were there was no towels in the unit. we call text and called again to try and get towels. I went back to the front desk and the lady gave me some towels. But we were there for three nights and they never showed up with towels. Also the internet service was no good and there is no cell phone service on the property. This propery is own and controlled by Hilton. You would think there would be a better level of service. Especially since we are paying some money to say at this property.

The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. I would have appreciated more communication as to where to check in, parking, etc. since the condo was among other buildings on the plantation. It was a beautiful place and I would stay again and recommend to others. I usually go up the street to another property but was glad that I checked out Kingston Plantation.

Birthday surprise brought a surprise to remember!
Everything was alright but the first night we were told to get out. Manager said that she called my cellphone 3 times trying to get a hold of me about music. I only missed one call, and I showed it to her. Beds or condo was cleaned the entire weekend, and I felt as though it was very rude and unprofessional with how the Manager spoke to us after we explained the surprise birthday gathering for my wife. We apologized several times, and was still told to leave. The only reason she allowed us to stay was because we had 3 Cdl drivers in the group and we all refuse to drive risking our lives and licenses. I will never stay there again because it wasn't a great stay and was very uncomfortable when you've paid your money to stay, and being told, not another peep out of you or you're out of here. Our entire group of 8 felt disrespected when law enforcement was called and brought to the room. We didn't have the music that loud, but we noticed that the walls were very thin.
