The was an issue with the reservation with Expedia. The young lady who eventually checked us in was understanding and patient. She stayed in the area, assisting others as needed, but was close by in case we needed assistance. My wife needed a room to change in as I was in the process of making the needed adjustments and she assisted my wife by letting her use a room nearby. Eventually all was taken care of. We had our reservation. We had a room. And thought the delay made us late to our appointment, it was not the young lady's fault. Her emotional support was of tremendous benefit to each of us, my wife and I.

Nice that pets are welcome. Low quality bath tub, soap dispensers that barely disperse, dirt & food & shoe under arm chair, cheap elementary school/lunch box type food for breakfast.

When they REFUSE to unplug your TOILET or offer to move you rooms and give you a plunger for you to deal with it and clean up the overflow yourself - they have no business being in business Expedia also believed the manager when I text them for assistance although I had sent Expedia pictures and still neither would assist. Hot water and pressure are minimal - this is a health violation on top of it all. There is NO BREAKFAST OR FRESH BAKES AS ADVERTISED PLEASE SEE MY GOOGLE REVIEW FOR PICS!! Worst stay ever literally in my life!!!

I do not recommend this hotel. Disappointed upon entering the room, as it was a bit outdated and small given the price, but the greatest dissatisfaction was the cleanliness and breakfast options. The room did not have a garbage can, there was garbage under the bed, and the sheets had what appeared to be blood stains as well as dirt marks. We asked for an extra set of sheets, which were also stained. There were no complementary bathroom/shower items, which would have been handy. You could also hear cars drifting in the street from the room. The included breakfast was just an assortment of packaged food, such as cereal bars, instant oatmeal, bagels that were hard, fruit cups, and yogurt. Coffee options only included decaf when we were out, which was barely lukewarm. Staff was friendly enough. Luckily we had only booked one night. I would not stay here again.

Staff was nice, Upon trying to enter room had to have a staff member come up and show me a different way to open cause it was "old". Room was smelly, Bed and Pillow were horrible, Floor needed vacuuming, Bathroom smelled like urine, Banging on outside wall while trying to sleep. Overall would not stay in this hotel again.

I booked and paid higher rate to get room with 2 king beds. However, when I checked in the staff told me that they don’t have a type of room I booked. The staff told be that the hotel was overbooked and my room already taken by customer who checked in first!! So they honored us by given 2 rooms that not next to each other with one small bed in each room. My husband me and my 10 years old ended up sleeping together in one small bed because we brought only one luggage and want to enjoy the night together. Since I paid the premium price for the premium room but ended up sleeping at the lower rate room the hotel didn’t offer the discount or apologize for their mistake. The room looks clean for the eyesight but there is a bed bugs so you should be aware.

Hi - the carpet was stained and the light in the bathroom blinked and made a loud buzzing. The refrigerator was also very noisy. Bare bones. But the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good value. The breakfast "buffet" is a bit sad. It feels dated but reasonably clean. Staff are very helpful. Will probably return as good "suite" hotels are not that common.

If management simply cared a little....
Thread bare sheets and towels. A refrigerator too loud wakes you up at night. Bulk soap dispensers empty. Staff indifferent to requests. And breakfast food is so bad it just makes no sense.

Surrounded by homeless people
Sadly this place had homeless people all around and some of them would yell at each other anytime of day. The hotel itself looks nice and is relatively clean however don't expect much from the staff. We received different information from different staff depending on how much help they were willing to provide. Most of the time they sat on their phones at the front desk. Housekeeping was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. If you need something, just go straight to them. Lastly, the refrigerator in our room made a loud noise every so often which was annoying. There are a lot of good restaurants and stores all through the area which was nice. Not sure if that makes up for the service and homeless problem.

Is it possible to give this place MORE than 5 stars? This was an unexpected gem that I stumbled across when my usual place was unavailable. The staff…top notch…the room was spacious and clean…the area was safe and don’t get me started on the free laundry (must bring your own soap) and the free breakfast was to die for. I think my usual place just lost me as a regular, as I travel monthly for work. Larkspur Landing is my new second home!! Very reasonably priced for what they have to offer.

The trip was good! Check-in was quick and easy. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating, along with the housekeeping crew. Our room was cozy and comfortable. We were able to log into Netflix on the television which was cool. A very nice place for an out of town staycation. My husband and I wanted to get away but go somewhere that we can just stay in the entire time and enjoy each other. This was a great spot for that! The only thing this property should do is renovate. The cabinets in the kitchen area and the bathroom looked dated and the shower/bathtub combo creaked wig every move you made while showering which was odd. I would stay here again though. Good property with great food options nearby including two grocery stores and a cvs.

When checking in was given a room. Went to room, was not cleaned! Housekeeping never cleaned. Was given second room. Hair ball near garbage, hair on shower curtain, hair on bathroom floor. Have pictures! Told lady when checking out. Was told she would talk to her supervisor. We have stayed here several times. This was the worst
