The hotel itself was exceptional but check in was a beating. We booked two rooms, one wasn’t available until 6:30pm and the other until 9:30pm! We had to ask multiple times for updates and every time they would say “we will text you, it shouldn’t be that long”. Check in is 4pm and it took 5 1/2 hours to get the second room? They did upgrade one of the rooms which was nice but when you have one of your children and your mother with you, waiting until 9:30 is ridiculous and at that point you could care less about an upgrade.

We had an amazing stay. The staff went out of their way to help us everyday. The hotel is quiet, safe, small, beautiful and clean. The location is excellent! Highly recommend!

The hotel is excellent but I would not suggest a dbl room for 4 people. The beds are not queen, but full, and the bathroom is extremely small. Other than that everything was fine!

The stay was fine, overall. The staff who checked me in didn’t even look at me (or my ID), and seemed preoccupied. He mumbled something and basically threw me the key card, so that was not a great first impression. The lobby is clean and functional, and the restaurant is over-priced but had good staff and a welcoming vibe. Recommended overall for the location and convenience, and the room was quiet.

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. Beds were comfortable. What I liked best is that they were not only pet friendly, but pet welcoming!

Staff wasn’t as friendly as other 5 star hotels we’ve stayed, TV’s aren’t smart TV’s, no coffee machine in the rooms (but provided free coffee downstairs which wasn’t great).

Good for Families
If you are looking for a nice hotel away from the noise of the city, this is a great option. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was clean and comfortable. They had a hot chocolate bar in the afternoon that my 10 year old loved. We would definitely stay here again.

Really love the staff in the restaurant and at front desk! Even the cleaning people are happy and pleasant. Our second Christmas staying there and we will plan on staying there again Christmas 2024. A lovely property and a perfect location. BRAVO!
