Hotel is very clean and modern, and has nice touches such as cold water and coffee always available. The location is great - along the river, near the trolley cars and Beale Street.

i love the views from this hotel. i stayed on the 14th floor in the king suite corner room that gave an almost panoramic view looking over the bridge and river. the room was spacious and the shower bath combo was nice. the bed wasn’t the most comfortable i’ve slept on in a hotel. it’s easy to get around locally as everything is just about in walking distance or a trolley ride away.

Small things like burned out lightbulbs, leaky shower and broken tv remote, nothing serious. Overall it’s 4stars, 4.5 if I could

Everything was very good. The only thing was that when we tried to check in 15 mins earlier, they were not able to accommodate us. And the room doesn’t have a coffee maker so every morning and evening I had to go down to the lobby to get hot water for my tea.

I found the staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful, excellent location and my rooms view was( WOW ) and I highly recommend the Hu hotel and I will be returning.

I loved the room. For a room that size, it had a huge, comfortable King Size Bed. The bathroom was my favorite thing,very spacious. Shower was excellent too. Staff was nice and courteous. Rooftop bar has a great view of the Mississippi River.

It’s just an okay hotel. I’m travelling with my pets and the pet fee is ridiculous. No parking on lot, no valet but there’s a lot right across the street.

Overall, I found this property very unique in a good way. I loved my room. It was very spacious. The only thing is the sofas needed to be tidied a little bit. It’s a great place to stay if you are looking for a spacious room with peace and quiet, this is the place.

This is a neat old hotel but a bit dated. It was clean and the staff were kind, but not terribly helpful when it came to a big parking issue. We were advised to use Brinkley garage since we were staying overnight and weren’t going out. We clarified before walking to the parking garage, then went to park where directed. The area didn’t seem safe so upon arrival at the garage, we took a ticket and quickly entered. Most, seemingly all of the spots on the first three levels had “reserved” signs. We drove back down two levels so as not to have to walk too far with my husband’s foot in a boot with a cane. Upon return to the lobby of the Hu, we asked again if the Brinkley was the correct garage and whether we could park in front of any of the reserved signs. The desk worker replied, “yes.” Upon returning to our car a little after10 am the next morning (Friday), I found a boot on my vehicle. I quickly called Secure Assets company to request to unlock the boot to release my car and was told it would be at least half an hour and that I should wait with my car. I had to phone the lobby to connect me to my husband to let him know that he had toUber to our 11:00 am appointment since I would be waiting with the car. I asked why I was ticketed and front desk said they weren’t sure. When Secure Assets arrived I had to pay $50 (and Venmo fee of $1) because the spots were reserved for tenants NOT hotel guests. I contacted Hu via email to request a response and still have not received one.

Parking was a bit of a challenge and a little bit of a walk to and from and there is no elevator and you start parking on the 4 th floor of the structure. Beautiful hotel

Would stay here again. My only complaint is the carpets are very dirty and dated. Great views. Staff is amazing. Very convenient for dining and entertainment.

Clean, New York style high rise hotel room - smaller but serves its purpose. Great location! Walkable to and around Beale street. Small things completely fixable - no soap in room so got from front desk, promised that make fresh coffee every 2 hours yet cold overnight coffee only at 7:30am. Housekeeping came and opened door without knocking excusing self when saw we were still there. All training issue probably that easily avoidable. Everything be else was perfect. Would stay again. Rooftop bar had great view and decent happy hour.

The location of this property was perfect for us. It is within walking distance of Beale Street and very close to Rendezvous, which had delicious barbecue. We dropped our suitcases off when we arrived; the parking garage is right around the corner but the elevator was supposedly unreliable. The garage was easy to use however; the woman at the front desk was clear in her directions and very helpful. Everything in the hotel was well maintained and we enjoyed the view from the rooftop bar. I would visit again if I returned to Memphis.

Due to the cold weather, pipes broke and lost heat. Aft r 6 hours hot water was available in some rooms. Obviously not the hotels fault. But, unloading car in front of hotel was nothing but ice No one had shoveled or put salt down to help slippery surface. Lobby was a mess. Ladies at front desk were very nice. Our room, was not so nice. Great bed! But the heat wouldn’t go past 69*. No glasses or ice bucket no tp no outlet in bathroom!!! No waste can dusty carpet Breakfast bar looked unappetizing especially at $15. Again broken pipe not their fault. Everything else should have been addressed

No heat. It was 52 degrees in the room this morning and no hot water so no showers. Had to go downstairs last night for extra blankets. Certainly not a good experience
