It was very good and contemporary. Parking is very easy and the Attention was outstanding!! Didn’t like that we had to open the window, because of the weather, and the area surround is not very quiet.

Awesome stay. Bus from airport drops you off right in front of the hotel and you can take it back. Runs every 15 minutes. Staff was great. Lobby had games for our small son. Room was exactly what you would Expect with Mercure. Breakfast was very nice. Just a few minute walk down town or a metro right outside.

Excellent location near the Capitole, Basilica and downtown. Several restaurants near by easily accessible by foot. Everything is minutes away by walk.

Welcoming stay at the Mercure Toulouse
Well situated for a 10 minute walk to the centre but with immediate access to bus and metro for all destinations right outside the hotel. Welcoming and helpful staff, clean and well presented rooms.

Great stay
Lovely hotel in a great location just 10 min walk to the centre of town. The staff are really friendly. We were given a gift for the road on check out with some pastries, fruit and water.

Short family stay
Lovely two night stay in Toulouse before heading to our self catering apartment in the country. Very nice hotel, lovely breakfast and welcome air conditioning (in the baking heat). Very helpful staff. My boys particularly liked their bunk bed in the family room.

Our staying in the hotel was amazing, extremely friendly people, always helpful, always smiley! The breakfast was super-good. The location super-convenient and also the comfort of the rooms. I will definitely go back!

A very nice, comfortable hotel. We parked in the hotel car park (14 euros a day), which was convenient for us. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of the old town. Would recommend this hotel.

Great weekend stay!
Great stay. We were a family of 4, got a big room with a double bed and bunkbeds for the kids. Very clean. Good space. Very quiet, didn't hear any outside noise or internal noise. Food was really good. Great buffet breakfast, great selection. 20 min walk to grand place. Really recommend.

Not worth 4 stars!
The stay was pretty bad with no air conditioning during a heat wave for the bogus reason that it was no longer summer! They had many complaints about the air conditioning but the only answer they had was to open the windows which allowed the mosquitoes to come in! There is no gym either. It is very expensive and not worth the 4 stars. Definitely a NO!

There was no way to turn off the A/C that was blowing cold air straight into the bed. Setting the fan to zero did not work. Also, the system was loud which also disturbed me during the night. The arrangement of the room is awkward, too (toilet is separate from the bathroom and the minibar + the free water provided indide is difficult to find).
