The room is clean. The hotel has a great location, close to transports and the city (you can walk). The kitchen is practical but some pans need to be changed. The staff is nice.

Miami Hotel has been a good experience for me. The room was clean, the staff was amazing, and it is within walking distance to shops, transport, church, market, and the list goes on. The only disadvantage for me was that the hotel does not have a lift and it was difficult to carry my luggage up to the second floor, especially since I am not a young person. The staff told me that next time tI should phone them so that they will try to find me a room in first floor or ground floor. The room also didn't have a good place for clothes. There were four hangers at the same place where there was the kettle and coffee, and the fridge is also in the same closet. These are only minimal discomforts in a big picture. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay and will be using Miami hotel again when I visit Melbourn if the price is right.

The hotel is located near the tram, and many touristic attractions. The room was clean and had great amenities. The front desk was open 24/7 and it was very convenient for late-arrival and early-check out.

this property is environmental friendly and has great services. The staff there are very friendly and helpful, their facility such as shared kitchen are very clean and the utensil are safe to use, guest clean after themselves. The hotel is close by to public transport and airport services too. Would recommend.

I loved my stay at Miami Hotel, especially for the resonable price compared to other facilities. The room was a bit outdated but still extremely clean and tidy. This hotel has everything you need to make your stay in Melbourne comfortable: close to public transport, walkable distance to the city center, fully equipped kitchen, friendly staff, quick check in/out procedure. Thank you for letting me enjoy my stay in Brisbane :)

Location is perfect, close to cbd, price is convenient and has a shared kitchen, perfect for backpacking. Don’t like: constant door opening / closing noise during the day, probably bcs of the laundry room which was close to our room

Great hotel. Nice room with additional bathroom and cupboard, including mini fridge. Air conditioning good. 20 minute walk to Melbourne City, free tram zone, Queen Victoria Markets. Safe area (I would walk back to the hotel after midnight each night from Melbourne City). The staff are friendly - they gave me additional towels when I needed them (as I did not use room service) and also lent me an umbrella on rainy days. The only negative is that the hotel does not have an elevator - so be prepared to walk up and down stairs. Next time I visit Melbourne, I would consider staying here again.

For a relatively cheap stay this property was ideal and a bit better than a backpacker’s venue. Rooms were small but provided all that was needed. A nearby IGA grocery store was a good source of food for cooking and eating in the kitchen on the second floor. Cleanliness of the room was tha main feature of this hotel.

I’m impressed for the most part
I was really impressed to be honest. We booked it based on the cost and its reviews. It was better than expected. It even had a kitchen! However, we felt that some other guest members were not cleaning up the way they should have so the kitchen should be monitored a bit better (and cleaned better). I got food poisoning whilst in the hotel and only ever ate there. I’d stay again, maybe not longer than a week next time. I would also recommend that if you have a big bag, request a room downstairs as we had to lug our suitcases up two flights of stairs as there’s no elevator.

Great place to stay if coming to Melbourne, affordable and great location. This location is very close to the CBD, a tram station is closely located within a few minutes walk. Lots of dining options near by, and for those who wants to cook, this place has a kitchen and a grocery store is closely located as well.

The room was fine for a 2 night stay. The room was quite small though. One big downside was the bathroom door. It is a slide door that doesn't close completely. Leaves a good one inch gap on each side.
