Difficult journey to our room/flood in bathroom
We had to carry my mother up a flight of stairs with my mothers walker…no elevator to that wing of the hotel……toilet was leaking and wouldnt stop running all night long

I loved the fact that it was within walking distance of the mall. The property was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here again!

It was "okay".
Staff were efficient and helpful, however, this hotel is run down and ready for revamp. The side door by our room was broken so we couldn't use it and had to walk way out of our way.

Alex provided wonderful service. This man knows his job, is confident, professional and friendly. Room had 2 fullsize beds instead of queens but since it was a single night we dealt with it.

Business + family gathering place
This is a great place for a business gathering that you could bring your family along. The MOA is in walking distance and fill with days of things to do and places to eat. Guest rooms are large and comfortable.
