The rooms in the convent were a little austere for my taste, but the property was beautiful with a fountain in the courtyard. The view of Cuenca was stunning and the bridge to the town was a very close. The restaurant was good and the common areas very pleasant.

Stunning property. Clean, safe convenient. Food was OK, not great. Overall good value and would highly recommend, especially to those without mobility issues who can enjoy the old city across the gorge.

Great property with old world characteristics. In the heart of the historic city. Food is excellent in both the bar and restaurant on the property. Getting around the historic city is just a short walk away. Requires crossing a bridge across the gorge to get to the remainder of the historic city, not for those who are afraid of heights.

This hotel is so nice and majestic. The personnel are very accommodating and the Waite staff are wonderful. Cons…1 waitress showed signs of a severe cold but was still serving and waiting on customers…definitely a turn off. Room was very comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Access to town was just a short walk over a very high narrow bridge so if you have a fear of heights just drive your car or take a taxi into old town. Beautiful city and relaxing people. Via España!!!

This is a beautiful parador. The surrounding area is very peaceful and calm. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was excellent with many homemade options.
