“Hotel needs more staff for satisfactory conditions”

A quick clean up of room only one time. Had to ask for clean towels and more coffee, only 1 trash can was emptied when there were 2, also don't know if sheets were changed at all or bed just made the one time. Never ran the sweeper in room, obvious shortage of staff. Continental breakfast needs much improvement, at least some donuts and more of a variety of cereal. Knowing the hotel is now under renovation, I would give this hotel another try, for now was very unsatisfacftory. Also another restaurant would be nice to get a full course meal for breakfast and dinner.

“Great for one day gateaway...don't expect Luxury..”

Alot of potentials to be a great place but needs a lot of updating, as we understood they were in progress of doing it, so i would not count them out yet...

“My absolute worst christmas ever!”

Disappointing! I will never stay there again! The restaurant was closed, as was the lounge. No room service or maid service. The pool water was dirty, my kids wouldn't even go in it. There was an over flowing dumpster for a view. Only half of the games in the arcade worked, two of them ate our tokens and there was no one to complain to.

“Be Careful website & expedia can give u false hope”

Well let see how do put this short and sweet. The hotel was TERRIBLE... IT was nothing like it looks on the website. I will never book thru expedia again this told me things that was suppose to be there and it wasnt. Like for example: I booked a King non-smoking wit jacuzzi. They booked a King non-smoking. I wanted fridge and microwave in room they said each room had that non of there room had it. Let get to the hotel when i arrive there ppl where polite but the apperance of the hotel was a mess. The outside was dirty and trashy some of there entrance doors had glass broke out of it, but u still need a key card to enter how crazy was that. U could walk thru it.So i made the best of my stay but i will never book thru expedia again.

“Horror Hotel”

The lobby is very nice, warm with fireplace right under huge TV..but after a long walk to the room, which was accessed from going back outside and through another entrance, we found the room very cold. After 15 minutes of waiting for the heat to set in, it never did. The manager came to the room and offered a room next door. When I went in to check it out, I noticed that the toilet bowl was totally brown. Attempting to disguise his annoyance with my request for yet another room, the manager had the nerve to say it was the "hard water and iron" and that many other toilets may have the same discoloration. I requested another room nonetheless and he came back shortly thereafter and escorted us to a room right on the other side which was pleasing. The corridors of the hotel were cold, had an old smell and looked like something out of a haunted movie with dark areas of missing lighting. The restaurant is under renovation so no food is available, luckily restaurants, fast foods and delivery services are within minutes. The recreation room had four machines, only one of which was operable and in a room with no heat and one floor lamp that would have looked better in a living room. There were only three game machines out of approx. 8 that worked and again the lighting and heat were minimal. The indoor pool was the best feature as it was heated, however, the sauna which was in the same area was not at the optimal heat. Staff made the best attempt to provide services to a failing hotel

“Horrible”

I phone earlier in the day...around 3:30 to let them know that I would be checking in late. I arrived at around 7:30 and the front desk informed me that the room wasn't ready yet, that their cleaning staff had quit that morning. I went out to dinner and came back late. The room was ready but was horrible. No hangers to hang our coats, no icebucket, no garbage pail anywhere in the room or the hallway for that matter. It looked like the room hadn't been vaccumed and when we looked under the bed there were food wrappers, empty grape stems and socks! We opened one of the drawers in the dresser and found more garbage. Very disappointing.

“STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SANITY!!!”

This was the worst experience ever. No rooms, no service, once in a room after 6 hours not clean, no water, no food, water leaking through windows. Manager is the worst person in the world
