Picture of the hotel is not the same as seeing the hotel in the flesh. Not happy with the cleanness of the hotel and you have to through your own rubbish never have I done that before. Will never stay there again

WOTIF- false advertisement. The building pictures are that different I drove around looking for the apartment. The cigarette odour was disgusting, all through the building. There were cigarette butts and filth on all balconies. The plastic dining chairs had dirty fingerprints all over. I've had to wipe over everything in the apartment before you felt comfortable. The only positives were, the linen was clean and front desk service was friendly.

Customer Service was VERY friendly. Person at reception was never at the desk but there was sign to ring a number if unattended and she was extremely responsive. I was impressed by this. Unfortunately, I found the wifi to be too slow for my work needs. Also, the hot water turned cold after a certain time. I had mixed feelings about this. It certainly made me have shorter showers and I think this was the intention. It seemed to be on a timer.

On 10th April, try to contact receptionist, and just want to know how i can get a key because is public holiday… she’s answered it with anger voiced and said it’s closed is public holiday… I said to her why you answer with anger, and she’s very nớt cooperative. With respect, this property should not be on your website, presenting it as you do in pictures is a gross exaggeration of this property, you should for a well trusted brand be ashamed. This property was so unclean! The mattress had a blood strain on it..the doona had a blood stain on it!! The reason I found these was accidental because the bottom sheet had not been put on properly and kept slipping off the top of the mattess, so I thought I would remake it.The power point in the bathroom was loose from the wall on one side and hense only one side of it could be used, (which is sooo unsafe).There was a hole in the wall with masking tape over it.The curtain was half off the rod and had a big cotton pull in it, which I fixed the pull.I found the iron on the floor in the cupboard, which was carpet and covered in dustt!! I accidentally touched the wall board above the bed which felt odd,it was dust...I cleaned it. The bathroom floor skirting boards, or edges had not been cleaned properly for ages obviously! Walls were covered in black marks on the lower edges! The surrounds on the fridge door were hot,the outside of the fridge was hot!! We were there for 6 nights due to a hospital admission and only received housekeeping accidentally as when we were leaving one day they were next door which would have been day 3.The male who spoke to us said there is housekeeping every day. Well not for us however! We had a an unexpected visit and needed it close to the hospital and there were no others available nearby and the photos looked great for this accommodation, so we were so pleased to find it.It's all cleaning and building maintenance! Ok so i booked a studio and was disappointed as it was basically a hotel room. The room pics on the website for the studio's were a room with a kitchenette with stove, oven etc ad well as a couch, dining table, balcony etc and that wasnt what i recieved. Also the house keeping was slack, i stayed for a week and only had housekeeping come twice and that was only because i had to call the property manager to organise for them. Overall it was far from the worst place i have stayed but there is most definitely room for these guys to improve, especially if you have paid for a studio and you dont get what you think youve paid for. But pleasant enough, i suppose and close to everything in Dandenong which is a bonus.

Reception is never manned, you have to phone and someone will come down in the lift. My room was clean on arrival but bin was not emptied and had condom wrappers on it. Cleaners ignore do not disturb sign and come into your room anyway

Where do I start with this property? Everything was horrific. When checking in, they advised that there was no remote to the TV. The TV was the size of my laptop screen. The sheet of paper provided the WIFI password, which didn’t work and there was no one to contact about this. The room was disgusting. There was dust everywhere, like it hadn’t been cleaned EVER. The quilt had a yellow stain on it with a bottom sheet and top sheet covering it. The pillows were yellow/brown from being so old. No pillow protector, just pillow and pillowcase. You could just smell the mould in the room. The window wouldn’t close so I could hear all the traffic and the cold wind was coming in. My room was not cleaned once since I checked in (4 nights). I told the lady and she said that they get busy and can’t get around to all rooms. Oh and they don’t do house keeping on Sundays. The whole experience was terrible. There was no one at the front desk, ever. Couldn’t get towels. It was just super dodgy. The lady was quite nice at the front but this does not make up for the whole experience. I would not stay here again. I wish I had read the reviews on google before staying here because they all explained what I experienced.

The reception is unattended and they have a key pick up system. the keys were not ready at the appointed time, left standing in the street. The bathroom door was missing a handle, the TV remote was nowhere to be found, the curtain raiser failed to work and the Wifi password was wrong and no one was there to ask. The property itself is nice and quite modern, but a series of failures of maintenance and staffing was disappointing. The new management have made decisions to cut costs, but they have not worked out well.
