Looked directly at the airport. Not a sound was heard. Very quiet, comfortable rooms. A couple of issues, after showering at night, shower contined to have a slow stream of water, would not shut off. Too late to call for service at that time. Wish the lighting and ventalation in the bathrooms was better. Needs improvement for lighting over beds. Otherwise very nice, beautiful rooms. I would definitely stay here again. So convenient to LAX.

All in all a safe and clean hotel to stay in while traveling through LAX. For the price of the room we felt the amenities were lacking, no bottled water in the room and room service closed early the night we arrived.

The transportation system from the hotel to the airport or the airport to the hotel was terrible , the transport service drove past us at the airport 3 times and finally a group of people started calling the hotel To complain , we should not have had to stand there 40 minutes at 12midnight finally arriving to the hotel at almost 1 am . Sothing needs to change about that

Its around the corner from in n out burger. Clean rooms. Really was soundproof. We didnt hear the airplanes from our room at all. Breakfast was good. Had a nice assortment of breads, eggs, protein, yogurt, cereal, fruits, oatmeal. Surprisingly, their orange juice was really good. Parking is confusing. Made it sound like the only choice was valet parking but if you park in the garage right behind the hotel. You can do overnight parking eith in and out privilege for cheaper than their $70 valet. Outdoor pool is misleading. Thye do have an outdoor pool but it is not heated so its freezing and the bottom of the pool has some black marks, makes it look dirty? Moldy? And there were dead bugs floating in the pool.

The Hyatt Regency is well situated closely to LAX and there are plenty of good dining options nearby. We found it to be a good jumping off point to see different places in LA. The convenience of the Zezgo car rental office within the hotel was a bonus. This hotel is well maintained and offers a comfortable stay. The design is modern and trendy which made our stay very enjoyable.

I liked how close the property was to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. One thing I didn’t like was the heater made an occasional noise that was irritating but other than that it was a good stay.
