“great value here”

Hotel Review: I have seen reviews of this hotel that indicated excessive noice. I have stayed here 2 times now with no complaints. I can imagine if the motel was full and people partied alot, it may be so considering the open atriam with bar and swimming pool and rooms lining the area. It was quiet for me. The breakfast was very very good....hot food and very nice cook. Carpets and bedding were not very new but clean. I recommend this motel.

“Very Impressed”

I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada Plaza & Suites-Pine Bluff. On my next visit to Pine Bluff, I would like to stay there again. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff was really nice. I have only one suggestion and that is to have someone available to assist with carrying customers bags to their rooms. My overall stay was wonderful.

“WOW”

For the rate this hotel charged, I was SHOCKED at the amenities and the overall value for the money. I would have expected and have paid 3-4 times this amount for the same type of setting. The staff was very friendly and the location, although just off the beaten path, was within minues of shopping and dining. Very safe location.

“Front Desk was an Angel--total hospitality!”

From the moment I walked in, "Angela" at the front desk took care of me as if I were a treasured guest. She made the stay wonderful. No one has ever taken better care of me anywhere (in 47 years of living & travelling) than Angela. ps. loved the clean, heated indoor pool. Wow! Awesome!

“SOMETHINGS YOU HAVE TO TRY TO BELIEVE”

WE WERE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING REASONSIBLE AND COMFORT FOR A WEEKEND GATHERING, SO I BOOKED ON LINE, I HAD SEEN PICTURES OF THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL AND IT WAS OKAY. WE MADE IT TO PINE BLUFF ON OUR SEARCH TO FIND A ROOM, I TOLD HIM I READ SOME REVIEWS RELATED TO A HOTEL ACROSS FROM THE CONVENTION CENTER ( HE GREW UP IN PINE BLUFF AND KNOWS THE AREA WELL) AND MOST OF THEM DIDN'T HAVE ALOT OF GOOD THINGS TO SAY, BUT THE MAJORITY DID EXPRESS NICE ROOMS FOR THE PRICE AND EXCELLENT STAFF AND THE BREAKFAST WAS THE BUM (TERRIFFIC) I TOLD HIM IT WAS SMOKE-FREE (HE SMOKES) WHEN WE WALKED THRU THE FRONT DOOR,( HE HESITATED) HE VERBILIZED THAT IT LOOKED NICE DOWNSTAIRS AND I TOLD HIM TO WAIT AND SEE WHAT THE ROOM LOOKS LIKE. WE DID THEN I TOLD HIM THE PRICE FOR 2 DAYS AND HE SMILED AND SAID YOU MADE A GREAT CHOICE, I CAN SMOKE WHEN WE GO OUT.

“well worth the bux”

no business center at the time I was there and the continental breakfast started being put out at 6:10 other than that it was a fine place

“cheap stay”

dated hotel, but kept clean with no lingering odors neither musty or smoky in room, comfortable bed, hot showers and cheap did not attempt the pool, but appeared clean breakfast voucher at check~in, but over at 9am so we missed it was happy to work with us on a late checkout (3p) for FREE when no other one in town would, made the trip not only possible but trouble-free :)

“Very good experience ... timing ?”

I needed a low cost motel for 2 nites. I read reviews and they were not the best for this motel. Looking at pictures, I decided to give it a try. Location is not as bad as others say. It is more open than expected ...not central city. I think the open atrium with swimming pool is very nice. Not may ppl there when I was so noise factor was non-existant. I could see if the place was packed there could be a "party" type atmosphere in the atrium and a noise problem could there. I got a room on the outside of the atrium so I heard no noise whatsoever. The room was larger than expected. Older beds but very confortable. Nice Bathroom and generally clean. Hot breakfast they advertise is very good. Good coffee, eggs, sausage, gravy, taters, cerial, juice, waffles, etc....even personally made eggs or omlettes. I will for sure stay there again.

“OK Stay”

Frig was not clean. No ice in the ice machines. Everyting else was ok. The quality of the hotel has dropped since my last visit.
