The room itself was clean and modern.
It was a two night stay and room service only removed half of the used towels and replaced a few of them. The remaining used towels were left in wet lumps around the bathroom and vanity. The used shampoo, conditioner and body wash were removed and never replaced. I had nothing to shower with except the open bar of hand soap on the second morning.
The entry door for the building had no lock/security, so the common area was open to the public with no oversight. On night one there was a junkie hunched over the table feverishly drawing something with all of their belongings strewn around the door. Fortunately, I didn't need to leave, so I made double sure my room door was locked with the secondary stopper enabled.
The office is in a strange location that looks like a rec building next to the pool. There is very little signage, so it took a while to find it after parking.
I heard there is a massive renovation project slated, so maybe they'll address the security and signage issues.
