Hotel needs major updating. Bathrooms are old and dirty looking. Carpet is dirty, Not a good location for an extended stay.

The Hotel staff was super good. The guys in valet parking very nice and fast. Once I arrive, the bed sheets is dirty, the room is not very good for the price, the carpet was dirty too, the air conditioner windows has dirty and the balcony is not clean. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Bathrooms can use an upgrade. Buffer was $25 a person which was good but they added 14.40 on the bill as a tip.

I was disappointed I had reserved a king size bed and water view. I had the street view where loud noises were. Checking was horrible. Was so disappointed because a lady who works for with McDill recommend Tampa Riverwalk. Did they do this because I was old? I couldn’t even get them to discuss with me. I can see the street in Dallas.

Location is prime, HOWEVER.. 3 nights into my stay at 3 am a security guard and a RANDOM PEDESTRIAN came banging on my door trying to get in my room stating someone left something in there days ago, dealt with the rudest employee I’ve ever met when we confronted this issue at the front desk, he even threatened to kick us out!! Then the next night we met another couple who stated someone also was in their room!!! Felt very unsafe staying here after this, even tho they comped us one night out of our stay, I would NEVER stay here again or recommend to anyone. Sliding glass doors for the patio don’t lock all the way, and the toilets don’t flush all the way… so many issues. Safety being the biggest concern of them all. Such a shame as it’s such a nice location.

The ‘double beds’ were two full size, not queen, the pillows might as well not even been on the bed because your head sinks right through them, our HVAC unit made dull thudding sounds that made it sound like someone was trying to get into our room all night, everything was dated, and housekeeping woke us up at 8:30am on our last day, asking if we were staying another day.

So if I were to put my name on something I would make sure that it was top notch. This property of course is very old but even considering this there were so many unsightly issues throughout the hotel. Had I not had an event there I would have quickly left.

No longer a Sheraton, and after a period as an independent hotel, the property is now supposedly aligned with Hilton. Having stayed at this property over the course of 10 years, I have watched the hotel’s decline due primarily to its physical condition. While the current management and staff were very nice, the food outlet surprisingly better than expected and the rooms clean, the common areas, and things like the room key locks and sliding balcony doors are tired and in need of replacement. This has been the case for some time now, which probably explained the change in franchise affiliations, and is desperately needed. The location of the property is ideal for business and leisure activities, and features (although expensive) valet parking services. If Hilton can get a capital replacement plan into action, the property has potential to be great. But it will be very costly and remains to be seen.

Surprised fees at last minute. Greeting to check in was very rude & unwelcoming. Rooms don’t look like ur website everything is old an outdated & tub has a slow drain when showering tub is half full.

Loved our stay although Alot of the staff were not very friendly to my husband at all ! It was my birthday and the service he received while trying to make sure everything was perfect was less than satisfactory! Room was nice amf comfortable pool amazing and bartenders were the nicest staff !
