Dear Jonghee,The pool and hot tub were closed during your stay due to severe weather conditions. We had a heavy snow fall and the temperatures had dropped to below freezing. Since we have an outdoor pool the conditions were too dangerous for guests and employees to keep the pool open. Fort the safety of everyone hotel made the decision to close the pool. As this was an unplanned event there was no way for you to be notified before arrival. We are sorry that this caused you to be disappointed in the hotel and the service you received. The hotel puts two bottles of water in each room I am very sorry if you only had one, the water is to be replenished daily as needed. I do apologize if this was not the case during your stay.We appreciate your business and your feedback.We wish you safe travels in your future.
