The room was nice and clean. The shower area was a bit small, but I survived. Pool and hot tub was fabulous. If you forgot anything Walmart is right next door.

This place is run down and the rooms are small. The staff seemed overwhelmed. The breakfast was probably the best thing about staying here. Very disappointed the pool still isn't working after months of being shut down.

The pool was closed for the winter, and the website said nothing about this. The comforter on the bed had brown smears on it and when we asked for a replacement for the king sized bed, all they had was a full sized comforter. Some staff was very friendly and provided great customer service, but most of the front desk staff was rude, uncaring and distracted. Really unfortunate to celebrate a birthday weekend

This place is disgusting!!! Told the lady at the desk the vent was missing in the bathroom & there was several inches of debris hanging out of it. She told the other lady to tell the cleaning lady who said oh she’s not in today. What hotel doesn’t have a cleaning crew every day I can tell you when that never cleans our sheets were gross or pillowcases were gross. The bathroom was gross pretty much the entire place was disgusting and it smelled of cigarette smoke. I will never stay at that place again.

We literally had ti change rooms the place stunk so bad. Even the elevator was filthy. Doors and walls dripping with dirty fingerprints. Sheets clearly just made up after someone stayed there before.

Immediately I stepped in the building and into the lobby, there was a heavy smell that resonated. I entered the room and the room smells like cigarette mixed with some other unnatural smell. I walked out and never returned.

All the sheets had stains on them that were there before we laid down for bed. The shower had no pressure and never got hot enough! I was supposed to have the 2 double beds and pull out couch but when I arrived on Thursday only got the 2 double bed room.

We felt that overall the hotel needed some updates but also a deep clean. Even the walls in the roon were dirty i cant imagine the areas that are not visible (carpet etc). The room also had a musty smell to it and some of the towels as well.

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay. The carpet is filthy throughout, everything is old and worn out, sofa very uncomfortable and filthy. The TV is tiny, the bath exhaust fan was black, hair on the tub, big unsightly gaps in the caulking. The ONLY thing nice was the bath vanity as it looks new. Continental “Breakfast” a joke. No cream, no lids for coffee cups, no yogurt. The woman at the desk. Stephanie who was very sweet and helpful tried to get the TV working but couldn’t so she moved us to another room.

I left after 2 hours. Didnt want to stay in fear of what id catch from just the smells. Im not going to beat you down with everything thats wrong. You already wasted my time and money. I work all day to earn the money to pay you over a hundred dollars to not even want to sit on the bed

The room and the hallways smelled like a cigarette lounge, when our room smelled that way I went to the phone to call…. Phone did not work, lock on the door was broken. Breakfast @ 9 am ( closes at 10) had one bagel and some dried up egg circles. Would never recommend this place even to my enemy!

The beds are always comfortable and theyhave a selection of pillows. The breakfast was good as usual. I find the bathrooms small and the sink was on the outside of the actual bathroom. The water pressure was non existent in the sink, but great in the shower

It is a very nice hotel, the bathroom is small, and the shower is odd like a spaceship. The hotel workers were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you were shopping at the outlets in Hagerstown.
