“THE BEST BED”

GLAD THERE WAS A Mircowave& refrigerator. The Bed Was More comfrotably then ours . Need to know the name of the Matters?

“Difficult Check in, but good complimentary breakfast”

The clerk at the check in desk was extremely rude. She would not allow us to check in a minute before 3p even though we arrived in Arizona at 11:30a. We told her that we had driven from Los Angeles so we'd really like to get checked in & rest as soon as possible but she was adamant about not letting us check in early. So we returned at 2p to see if we could check in at that time and were rudely turned away again. We waited in the hot car until 2:59p which she still would not allow us to check in until 3p exactly. I just felt like it was a blatant disregard for plain old customer satisfaction. However, once we did get checked in we were very satisfied with the other amenities of the hotel. One of the other hotel clerks was extremely friendly and made up for the other rude girl. Also, our kids LOVED the pool and the complimentary breakfast was very good. So other than that difficult check- in experience, the remainder of the hotel stay was pretty good. I would stay there again just for the breakfast alone.

“ask for a better shower”

Granted I only tried one room, but the water pressure in the shower of my room was pretty bad. There was enough to bathe certainly, but I generally prefer water pressure that actually propels itself against me instead of just falling on me. The high speed wireless internet was very nice, and the personnel that I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again should the need arise.

“Clean & Quite”

Hotel is clean and quite. Freeway close which makes it easy to get anywhere you need to go in the Phoenix area. Only problem I ran into was if you came in after 10pm the room key entry to the side doors did not work you had to go thru the front lobby which is a pain if your room was in the back of the building.

“Just what we were looking for”

We were just in town for a short weekend trip and needed a convenient place to stay. It wasn't amazing, but it was exactly what we needed. Simple, clean, nice bed. Staff was nice, complementary breakfast, located close to freeway for getting around easily.

“Clean hotel for the price”

Nice hotel for the price. The only complaints would we with the breakfast and toiletries. The towels in the bathroom felt like sandpaper and I would bring my own soap next time. Only ate the breakfast 1 of the 4 days because it was not very good.
