We stayed at this property on two separate occasions within the last few weeks & it was great both times! The front desk clerks, breakfast staff, housekeeping staff & bartender were all very friendly & accommodating. The rooms were clean & comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our future visits to Houston!

I liked that the property was very clean and that it was so close to shopping a restaurants. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking. I also had a problem with the room's air conditioner. Overall, I would more than likely stay here again.

Mattress felt like it was old and worn out. Would have loved coffee available in the lobby later than breakfast. We did hear interstate noise quite loudly. Otherwise, clean hotel with attentive and helpful staff.

Unlike many of the Marriott Bonvoy properties I book thru Expedia,including the one I was in the week before, this one would not give me credit for the stay. The desk staff were undertrained and the place appeared to be short staffed at desk, breakfast and maid service. Rooms are well laid out and quite nice — It is more a people problem.

This hotel was everything I needed. Great service, clean rooms, restrooms, towels, sheets, everything in my room was clean and in order. Felt safe throughout my stay and is close to many stores, restaurants and easy access to I45 if you ever need anything.

I liked the location of the property, in a safe area, close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that early check-in was allowed. I liked the fire pit, although guests had left towels and dirty cups out on the outdoor furniture. I was shocked and disappointed to learn there was a $10/day parking fee to park on the lot. The other area of disappointment was that I ended up taking a lukewarm shower since I couldn't get the water to warm up, even though the knob was turned all the way on hot. Other than those things, it was a decent hotel.

Older facility needing some updating. Tv in the room intermittently worked. Shower in the room had visible rust and was outdated. Not typical for SpringHill suites. Breakfast was far less ideal than what I typically get at SpringHill focused more on continental style rather than heated.

The original room we were allocated had a faulty shower and was poorly decorated, however the staff on reception moved us to another room very quickly. The staff were extemely friendly and the hotel bar was an enjoyable place to be in the evenings. Our room was clean and comfortable. Sign on arrival said there would be no parking charges but we were charged approx $10 a day.
