decent hotel that matches its price
I went to visit my family and we stay for approximately two weeks. The breakfast was amazing and we like the hotel's strategic location which gave access to restaurants, shopping centers, and businesses. This hotel provides free wifi that authenticates users upon connection. It was very annoying to the authentication processes after a couple of minutes of inactivity, specially if you rely on VoIP services such as Viber or whatsapp. We also had problem communicating with the hotel's staff and administration because they know little or no English. A quick solution was to use Google Translate to write a sentence in English and have it translated back to Turkish. Our room is relatively clean and in good condition, facing a parking lot towards Ataturk blvd. Next to the parking lot is a building complex with backyards they keep roosters in. I did not mind the rooster's sound early in the morning but perhaps others might find it annoying. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and understood that we got what we paid for.

Who gave them 5 stars?
It is reasonably comfortable hotel in a central location but it certainly does not have what a five star hotel does, all the way from the reception staff (few know English or go out of their way to help),the upkeep of the room (furniture needs fixing), paper cups instead of china cups and glasses in the room, air conditioning makes noise, breakfast is mediocre.Bedding and bath room are great, But over all it certainly cannot be a five star hotel. Worth your money if you pay a 3 or at very most a 4-star price. Based my experience the rating for hotels in Turkey are not reliable, except for the big international chains..

Extremely Great Hotel for the Price
I stayed in Ankara before and paid more than $100 for one night and the hotel was terrible, however, this hotel was fantastic, the room, the service. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, my husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I travel to Ankara.

This hotel has seen better days and is not up to the 5 star rating - however certainly a 4 star. Good location and service, although the room had the noisiest air-com unit which was rattling away directly outside the window! However, you get what you pay for and is probably fairly priced in comparison to nearby 5 star hotels.

WE FOUND THE HOTEL TO BE EXCELLENT AS WAS THE STAFF--THE PRICE WAS ALSO VERY GOOD THANKS TO EXPEDIA. WITHOUT EXPEDIA IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO EXPENSIVE.

Hotels.com dan rezervasyon yaptırdım . Otele gittiiğimde otel kapalıydı ve param alınmıştı karttan kesinlikle kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum hotels. Com adice çalışan bir firmadır.

Hôtel qui a mal vieilli.
5 étoiles affichées mais 2 en réalité. L'hôtel devait être bien à l'époque mais il a mal vieilli. Personnel peu accueillant (même pas un thé à l'accueil alors que j'ai attendu pour ma chambre) et peu éduqué. Clientèle bruyante, s'interpellant aussi bien au petit déjeuner que dans la nuit. Piscine en réfection (j'ai eu l'information en arrivant, bien joué!). Seuls points positifs: un petit déjeuner correct et un tarif acceptable si on passe par Expedia (car la chambre pour une personne est officiellement affichée à... 109 euros!).

Jeg synes det var riktig valg av meg på grunn at gode pris og hyggelig velkomst,personale veldig hjelpsom og hyggelige.Rommene er veldig rene og komfortable og hotelen ligger i mitt på byen....!

Sigara içilmez istememe rağmen, önce yoğun derecede sigara kokan bir odaya yerleştirilmek istendim. Gerekçe başka oda olmamasıydı. Daha sonra ısrarlarım neticesin sigara kokmayan bir odaya verildim. Genel olarak odanın havası ağırdı. İlk sabah büyük bir grup olmasından dolayı kahvaltıda çay ve bardak problemi yaşandı. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardım severdi. Personelin çabası sayesinde bu durum can sıkıcı olmaktan kurtuldu. Oda kapıları çok zor açılıyor.

Sürmeli otellerinin en kötüsüydü. Odamda yatak hsriç diğer yerler pek iç açıcı değildi. Otel eski. Asansöre ilk bindiğimde bozuldu. Sadece çalışanlar iyiydi.

Internet üzerinden rezervasyon yaptırdığım için ikinci defadır miles and smiles millerimi bu otelde işletemiyorum miles and smiles ile illa ya kapıdan giriş yapmam ya da suit oda tutmam gerekiyormuş. güya internet zaten indirimliymiş. ama thy sitesine girdiğinizde böyle bir şey yazmıyor. kaldıki diğer anlaşmalı otellerde böyle bir şey yok yani pahalı fiyat öde sana mil satalım diyorlar. olacak iş değil.

Otelde iki gecelik konaklamam oldu malesef otelin ısıtma sistemi cok kötü sabaha kadar hem soğuktan hemde , ısıtma için klimanın fan sesinden yatamadım . Ayrıca kahvaltı cok kötü ikinçi gün kahvaltımı dışarda yapmak zorunda kaldım iyi günler

Hotels.com ile yaptığım rezervasyon sonrası problemsiz check-in chech-out yaptım. Girişte sadece ismimi vermem yeterli oldu. Otel eski görünümlü ancak odalar temizdi. Son derece merkezi konumda; ulaşım araçlarının tamamına yakın ve zaten Ankaranın merkezinde bir yer. Otel dışarıdan belli olmuyor belki ama katlarda odalar estetik ve işlevsel (dairesel) konumlandırılmış. İş seyehatleri için son derece uygun.
