This was a really nice place to vacation!
We felt like we had the hotel to ourselves because South Florida season is highest from Thanksgiving- Easter and we went during Summer time! Our days went like this: In the mornings we ate breakfast at the hotel, went to the beach, got in the pool, went for a walk in Worth Avenue, did some shopping, ate at Pizza al Fresco restaurant and ice cream at Piccolo Gelato.
Our room was a very comfortable suite with living room area, bar, den, 2 full bathrooms, 3 closets and a master bedroom with walking closet. It was perfect for our family!
The highlight of our stay honestly was the top tier customer service provided by a nice men at the front desk name Matthew, all the bellmen and a man assisting at the pool.
Bellmen drove us to the beach, setup our chairs and umbrellas and picked us up and teardown everything for us.
My son was given crayons, coloring book and cars when we were waiting at the lobby.
My only complaint is that we did not get good customer service from the reataurant host at breakfast time. Lady did not give a smile, was in a terrible mood and with some attitude. I suggest the bellman and the front desk man to train this lady so she can level up or to move her to an administrative position where she does not has direct contact with guests and visitors.
