We were overall quite happy (couple with 2 young kids). Lots of amenities (nice pool/hot tub) and a good location with nearby shopping and groceries. For quibbles: could use a little TLC (kitchen faucet loose, ice maker non-functioning, some stains on the couch). Overall, would recommend.

When checking in, I was asked for a credit card/credit hold, for incidentals and possible resort fees. Just like a normal hotel would require upon check in. When checking out, I asked for a final bill, to make sure I didn’t have any additional charges placed on my credit card. I was informed that I couldn’t receive a final bill because I had booked my reservation through Expedia and everything was pre-paid. Then why the whole credit card hold???? Other than that, great!!

This place is a little gem in the middle of a residential area that a lot of people don't know about! If you aren't snobby about having everything super high quality and need an affordable place to stay that is quiet and away from the Strip...yet still have quick access to the Strip...this place is a great option. The apartment I got was a little on the older side, had a stained tub, the water flow was very weak, the iron and ironing board were a bit dusty and dirty, and it didn't have bar/counter stools. But it had a huge closet, sizeable bathroom, full kitchen, big living room, and blackout curtains. It's no Wynn/Encore, but it was very quiet (which is exactly what I wanted), had a full size washer/dryer, plenty of towels (including pool towels), and I was situated within a very short walking distance of the fitness center and pool. I always bring flip flops for hotel showers anyway, so I got over it. Also - the people at the front desk are LOVELY - very nice people! I'd stay again if I needed a place for more than 2 days, as it's a really great value and still close to everything.

A quiet, well-maintained oasis of calm if you are looking to visit Vegas (I come to play golf not gamble) but don’t want the cost, noise and hassle of Strip accommodation. Felt safe, guests were friendly and well behaved, staff was efficient and unobtrusive. Designated parking, clean pool and spa. Units are spacious, and well maintained but not over the top. Ticked all my boxes for a weeks stay; close to good golf, places to shop and eat, and one minute from 215 freeway. Best stay I’ve had in Vegas.

Property sits close to I-215 so getting onto the strip was just a short 10-15 drive. Property is well maintained, clean, and quiet. The hot tub and heated pool were nice. Property is close to several restaurants, and shopping malls. Great for families or for those who don’t want the chaos of the strip.

I gave 5 ⭐️ because is one the best resorts in the area. This is our 2nd time here. However, the only thing I have to say is the front Desk clerk was not welcoming. And our bathroom knob didn’t work properly. Didn’t bother me at all but I know this may be a problem for some people. Other than that, I love this place We'll return soon

As always a great stay! Hot tub is hot and big enough to never be crowded, kids love the heated pool too! Unfortunately the outdoor fireplace was not working, so that was a little disappointing. Will definitely be back next year!

Fantastic stay
Everything was great. Place was clean. Washer & dryer in our apartment, dishwasher also. Bed was comfy. Odor of either recently painted or new furniture. Check in was easy, staff was pleasant. Only issue is your assigned a parking space & there was another vehicle parked in ours. Called front desk, she said she will send security, after 15 mins we just parked somewhere else.
