This hotel is amazing, it is stunning inside and outside. The staff is professional and friendly, the grounds are beautiful. Easy walk to restaurants, the trolley/bus and sight seeing. We will definitely stay here again.

I was first put in room #666 which the staff laughed about and said it was a good view room, which was not.. then I asked to be moved to a garden view room and he said no problem.. then moved to a cover of the hotel room with street view and a partial pool bien.. it was a joke to the staff that I didn’t not appreciate for the money we spent there.. disappointed

This hotel lives up to it's name, it is indeed Grand. We enjoyed our stay immensely. It was clean, beds were comfortable, the food was delicious. Will definitely be my place to stay.

The room was great very comfortable and welcoming. The linens and bed were great too. The only complaint I have is the 60 grit sandpaper that was there passing as toilet paper.

The property and rooms were beautiful. Some maintenance needs to be completed. The hotel is over 20 years old. The wallpaper is lifting from the seam in the bathroom. The paint is chipping off the trim on the vanity next to the bathtub. Both of the top drawers in the dresser and the night stand were cracked and broken. Caulk in the mirror trim has pulled away and needs to be replaced and the paint touched up. None of this is super obvious individually but together they show a lack of upkeep. The alarm clock has usb ports and electrical outlets. 1/2 of them didn’t work. My phone didn’t charge. On the positive side, the room was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, the linens and blankets were nice. The furniture is beautiful. The bathtub was my very favorite I used it twice. Room service was great! I ordered the Grand Breakfast. It was generously proportioned and nice and hot when I received it. The pitcher of hot chocolate was AMAZING! I don’t know the type of product used but I’ll probably call and ask. It was the best I’ve had. I really felt pampered and relaxed upon leaving. I’d love to return for another stay in the future.

This propert is gorgeous. Utilized the spa and indoor pool. Top tier facilities. I hope the doormen and valets are getting paid well, because they added a sense of security around the property.
