Our 1 bedroom condo in Terrace building was clean, comfortable and charmingly decorated with a rustic alpine motif. Fireplace and size was excellent for a family of 4 adults. Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. The Dove brand toiletries were a nice touch. The 4th floor condo had easy access to the building’s hot tub (it was out of order for the first 3 nights of our stay), bbq area and Activities Center. Alternative rooftop hot tub was sought and enjoyed in another building. Shuttle transport to the Stagecoach Lodge and to South Lake Tahoe ran regularly. Underground parking was convenient in a snow storm. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and will return!

it took me one whole hour just to figure out how to check into my room and how to find my room after i already did the first check in. i was driving around in the cold went to my building but apparently i don’t get my keys from my building. i went to a club house to check in they tell me go to my building reception and ill get keys i get there and there’s no reception i call they tell me i have to drive back to the club house and go to a desk across from the check in desk to check in again to get my keys THEN go to my room. why can’t there just be one easy check in? running around for an hour was ridiculous. on top of that walls are paper thin our neighbor kept opening and closing doors keeping me awake at 5am. and to top it off they over charged me an extra night. i’ll never be staying here again
