“Fabulous Bed and Breakfast”

This guesthouse evokes yesteryear as its name suggests. It is a renovated, converted craftsman style house circa 1913. Mark, the host, was extremely gracious and helpful. Our room was gorgeous and everything was provided for our comfort. The 'continental' breakfast went far beyond what you would expect. If this is southern hospitality I can't wait to go back and experience some more of it! The only drawback is that it is in the opposite end of the city to the airport but this is offset by a flat taxi fee. It is really more accessible by car.

“The only place to stay in Atlanta”

I felt like I was at my own house! Very quite and peaceful. We were treated like friends of the family. Breakfast was great, refeshments were freely available at all times. They have several porches for smokers with ashtrays and comfortable furniture. This place is wonderful!

“Great location - Amazing quiche!!”

We LOVED our stay at the St. Charles Inn! We have been very cautious about staying at a B&B because of the reviews we have seen. However, we are SO happy with our choice at the St. Charles Inn. The home is well maintained and very clean - the location is perfect for wallking to dining, entertainment, and seeing amazing old homes in a great Atlanta neighborhood. The Innkeeper, Mark, is gracious, fun, and full of great information for visitors. AND, he makes an amazing quiche!! We walked to dinner then came back and had a glass of wine on the front porch wing - then played cards in the parlour. It does not get any better than this and we WIll be back if we are in Atlanta again! My husband left his wedding band on the sink and Mark called us within 20 minutes to tell us. Awesome!!!Thanks Mark!!! Loved this expereince!!

“A Quiet, Comfortable Hideaway in Atlanta's Virginia Highlands”

This was our first trip to the Virginia Highlands area of Atlanta, and had no idea what to expect. Not only was the Gaslight Inn a fine bed & breakfast-style accomodation, but it is perfectly representative of the homes in this charming neighborhood. The inn was well appointed and delightful. Although less than a block off the main strip, there are no busy streets and noise to contend with. Service was exceptional, and our room was quite comfortable.
