It is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The location is really good adn you can move by yourself everywhere. The breakfast is very complete and the rooms are clean. The only old thing are the TVs, they should be replaced by now.

A good Hotel, nice place to stay, good price, good cleaning, could be a bit small for someone else but at least it was great for my vacation. Very nice personality!

Great location near some main attractions. Fancy outlook. Rooms and especially bathrooms could use some make over. Windows need more sound isolation. Rooms spacious enough, though. We had troubles comunicating with housekeeping, they don't speak much of English, and there seemed to be a shortage of towels at the time. Breakfast buffet is not the richest one, but room service and a la carte restaurant provide fine quality and great service. Waiters really friendly. We loved our stay there.

All of the workers except for the daytime workers at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful to my needs. I don't know if some of them didn't know what was going on, but on three separate occasions I received different information from different people. It was kind of frustrating, but otherwise everything went really well.

This hotel is in a great location right on plaza libertad in downtown buenos aires, the hotel has free internet with two computers at your use in the lobby, the breakfast buffet was the usual with toast, coffee, jams, meats and juices, not great but not bad. The room was pretty basic, the furniture did'nt seem to match, the shower sprayed all over the floor, and there was paint on the carpet. The bed was too soft for me and it sagged in the middle. Housekeeping service was good, staff was nice, the safes are located in the basement of the hotel so you have to ask the staff each time you need to get in safe. The elevator was small so I decided to use stairs, not the most convenient since you have to go through the restaurant and part of their kitchen to use the stairs, which were not that clean. The price wasn't bad, so if you aren't too picky it's a good place to stay, the restaurant and bar are good too, and they have room service, and location is great. But room quality wasn't up to my liking so I wouldn't stay again at this time.
