“Super Stay”

No need to repeat all of the 4 and 5 star reviews. My wife and I were very satisfied with our selection of Vallarta Palace for our 1 week winter getaway. At 95 % capacity there was very a short wait at the Italian restaurant during their busiest time for dinner. The pool area still had plenty of space. Absolutely no complaints or improvement suggestions. Most of the staff went out of their way to please you. "MY PLEASURE" was always their response. It was our pleasure to be there and would certainly go back. PS. Of course-------- If the price stays in line.

“Christmas at Vallarta Palace”

We just returned from 5 nights at the Vallarta Palace. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The grounds and the room were very clean. Food was good, and having the pool side snacks made it easy to remain at the beach without going to a restaurant for lunch. The hotel has an open feeling towards the pool and beach. We had a ocean view room (5th floor) with the extra balcony and the sunsets each night seen from the balcony were amazing. The only negative was the room was a little small to have the in-room tub, which took up a lot of space.

“Wonderful time!”

We had a wonderful vacation here! The hotel was under remodeling because it is going to be a Hard Rock in the Fall. Because of this, we were nicely compensated for the inconvenience. The food was the best we have had at an all inclusive! The staff was top notch, very helpful and friendly! We would love to go again!

“Winter Getaway”

Our stay was wonderful. The service was outstanding, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food was good. Great value for the money. Only my husband and I were on this trip, but the property seemed very family friendly as well.

“Absolutely Loved - will go back”

Top quality service from the time we arrived!! The whole experience was wonderful: exceptionally clean lobby, resturants, lounges, grounds, rooms; professional and extremely courtious staff; delicious food service at every resturant choice. Conciege desk efficient at booking excursions. Housekeeping thoroughly cleaned room daily and checked back in evening to bring fresh towels. We felt completely safe with teenage daughters in tow. We have travelled quite a bit, and this is one of the best experiences we have enjoyed. To coin their response to your every request "My pleasure". It truely was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will go back and will look into this resort at other destinations. Con: Would prefer queen beds over double.

“great hotel”

Room was great, as well as the restaurants and food. High quality meals with plenty of variety. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Only drawbacks was that the pool and jacuzzis close too early. Although the rooms seemed to be well insulated against sound between rooms, they are not well insulated against sound in the hallways. Very noisey.

“Awesome resort!! Can't wait to go back!”

This resort was above and beyond what we were expecting. The decor was beautiful, clean, modern, hip. Not tacky at all. The rooms were sophisticated, ultra clean and comfortable. Every room with a hot tub! The staff made the place even more special. Everyone couldn't be more helpful or friendly. The facilities were awesome. I was really, really pleased and can't wait to go back or to try another hotel of the same company. Also, the food was great.

“This was an awesome trip”

Great trip for family or just with friends. We had age range from 5 years old to 71 and everyone had a great time and had no complaints. Great value for your money. Los Veranos Canopy tour was great also.

“Excellent hotel staff”

We couldn't ask for a better hotel for our first time in Mexico. The staff at the Vallarta Palace were friendly and eager to help, the all-you-can-eat options were plentiful and appetizing, and overall the hotel was very clean and very nice. The only issue I had was that the bed was a little too hard for my liking; however, that would not stop me from staying at this hotel again!

“Great place vacation for kids and adults”

Our family vacation couldn't have been better. The variety of pool games were enjoyed all in our family (ages 9 and up). Our 9 year old also really enjoyed the Kid's Club. The Activities Directors made the activities a lot of fun. And when you got out of the pool, the pina colodas were right there. The jetted-tub rooms were spacious and very well maintained. Don't worry about packing toothpaste or toothbrushes, there already there. Room service was great too...take advantage of it. Hotel Staff is very friendly and fairly fluent in English.
